I'd like to commend Ann, the lovely Thai staff member. She was incredibly helpful. The hotel is very close to the tram, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also parking available for 30 AUD per night. The room was very spacious. I visited in April and was lucky the weather was cool, as the air conditioning didn't seem to be very effective. I had to open the balcony door and close...
Clean and relaxed space and friendly staff.
I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend here. The location was ideal for me.
Room was quiet and the bed comfy although when we arrived and checked in we went to our room and all the dirty linen was still on the floor in the room. Other than that we had a great stay. The food in the restaurant was very nice we had a great dinner.
Great location by the Yarra River and on a main tram line to city centre
Great hotel, very clean. I didn't get the room I booked the last night I stayed. No complaints... Only a couple of things: $200.00 deposit. Be aware, most hotels have a $100.00 deposit. No teaspoons or stirrers for tea and coffee supplied, only to be told I should have pre-requested them. What the...? The hotel is upmarket without the snobbish feel, Thu - Fri has happy hour if that's your thing...

Close to the airport with shuttle service, everything else was just okay. The shuttle driver was really good, very accommodating. We arrived too late, so for safety, we decided to stay near the airport. It's a decent option if you're looking for a layover hotel.
Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure...
Decent and convenient hotel for short stay with comfortable rooms. Airport transfer is highly convenient especially for early morning flight.
I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Westmeadows for the second time and once again I wasn't disappointed. The whole process was seamless, from choosing my standard of room to phoning them on my arrival at Melbourne airport and phoning for their complementary shuttle bus service I had a 10 minute wait for the nice shuttle bus driver and when you arrive at reception after a 5 minute trip you are greeted...
Minutes from airport and many eating places within walking distance.
This was the only hotel during my 15-day trip in Australia that didn't give me a room at the very end of the hall and didn't secretly downgrade my room type. All the staff were wonderful. There was an elderly white gentleman, I think his name was John, who drove me to the subway station. He was worried I'd take the wrong train back, so he even wrote down directions for two bus routes I could take and...

Good service for after hours check in
PIck up and delivery from and to the airport was very easy. I called and they came right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had a food cart for breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent. I highly share this hotel.
2nd time staying here. Overall had been a positive experience. Was able to do some simple cooking over the stove and made breakfast. The guest laundry was useful for business travelling as well.
A great value for money place to stay Very friendly staff and very clean rooms
There's no complain that I can come up with cause in my opinion, I love this hotel. Though you need a car to drive out for food.
Nice clean hotel. Convenient location for short term stay being so close to the airport minimising travel time for catching flights. Staff polite and helpful with check in and check out. Felt safe and secure during stay.

Beautiful room with large ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful with accommodating an early check-in. Split system heater/ air-conditioning worked very well. I love the black tea sachets and mini metal kettles!
Friendly staff, kind and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again on my next visit.
Good for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station. For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages.
The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from the Southern Cross Airport bus stop. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room, though compact, had everything we needed. The only downside was the somewhat limited space in the shower. I'd recommend this hotel for those catching an early flight.
This is a great hotel in Melbourne! Trams are in every corner and you’re just a short walk away from the Southern Cross Station. Room is spacious and has all the things I need. The staff are all warm and accommodating. Will recommend!
All are good except 1) The floor got noise when I was walking. 2) The bed is not anchored. It moved when I tried to sit.

Really great apartment with full kitchen bathroom and living room - so much space. Only problem was checking in, very confusing and the lady was unhelpful. Didn’t have WiFi for one day.
Stayed in mid-February. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a washing machine and dryer. There was a sour smell upon entering the room. Keeping the window open temporarily eliminated the smell. Body lotion and a hair dryer were provided, but toothbrush sets, shampoo, and conditioner were not. There was a microwave and a fairly large refrigerator. It's a little far from the center, so it's outside...
Just as advertised. Awesome to have a washer and drywr in room available. A shame the fridge freezer didnt work too well.
The lift smelt like fish the entirety of our stay (? the carpet). Sadly, the carpark was not tall enough for my car. We live 4 hours ago & rang to check before getting on the road with no answer. A voicemail was left & just horrific/relentless hold music!! The bed was very comfortable.
Room was quite run down, dirty, felt really unclean unfortunately. Shower was grimey, sheets did not feel clean, dishwasher was terribly dirty. Great location
Was certainly adequate, albeit it's all a bit faded & tired. The rooms are large. Not fussed that on a multi-night stay the room was unserviced but extremely disappointed that when I requested new towels, soaps etc my request was ignored & nothing provided.

Fantastic customer service and a well run hotel. The front office staff are amazing and were super nice to our two girls. Special mention to Ross and Deb for going that little extra mile that separates this place from the rest. The kids loved the pool and Xmas tree. Thank you for everything and we will be back
The place is old and really needs some work doing. Walls are paper thin. They had a party down stairs and it was so loud we couldn’t get to sleep til it had finished. Then we were woken by the neighbour showering at 6am on a Sunday. Room is nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Shower has a rainfall head which is annoying and looked to be falling out of the roof. Drainage isn’t great, so the bathroom...
Enjoyed our stay, nice clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. Really need to do something about a door for the shower, bathroom floor gets very wet. Downstairs bar was great, tapas was yum. Breakfast was good. Top floor pool looked like a great place to be on a hot day.
Spent two nights in a spa suite. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was great. The room was a little dated and I hate the little milk servings the provided. I like milky coffee and was going down stairs three times a day to get more milk! However the spa was awesome! Better than anything I have seen in 17 years of hotel stays.
Rooftop has a great view. Staff good. Good night

We stayed in a one bed room apartment that was a good size had all the amenities for an apartment. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The location is excellent and close to trams, trains, restaurants, bars and everything worth enjoying in the city
We have been truly spoilt with a five room suite kitchen, lounge, study nook, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom toiletries are good quality and generous. Laundry services are available. The hotel is really centrally located, within walking distance to the most amazing restaurants and trams. Beautiful hotel with helpful staff.
This Sebel is in an excellent location for visiting the Melbourne CBD with it's laneways, restaurants, shops and bars. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious, although a little outdated and dark. They are well equipped except for a decent coffee maker.
We had a short stay in a one-bedroom king deluxe room which was a large 95 sq metres and our room was located on the 7th floor with courtyard views. This is one of my favourite properties in the Melbourne CBD. Location is great and a very short walk to Flinders Street Station. There are several restaurants in the street as well as a convenience store. Room is spotless, and very roomy with two tvs...
We spent a week here nine years ago and enjoyed then and enjoyed our stay as much, if not more than before. Having a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with a king sized bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for a stay in Melbourne.
Stayed here for 6 nights and the apartment was spacious, well laid out with plenty of things close to see. Melbourne over Christmas is a bit crazy but there’s plenty to do and the trams in the CBD are free so easy to get around. The apartment has full cooking facilities but there’s a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby that cheap & delicious.

Very easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.
Clean room, tidy kitchenette, leafy street outlook (B3), parking undercover (just be mindful of your height) friendly staff. Easy walk to Acland, Fitzroy Sts and the beach.
The bathroom was average at best. No storage space or shelves. Shower is tiny. The balcony has no privacy and was very dirty, cobwebs and excessively dusty.
Great to have laundry, however the dryer kept cutting out…took me 4 hours to finally get my washing dry!
Fantastic location and friendly helpful staff. The unit needs some upgrades to be top shelf. Stove top has two speeds, stop and flat out. Chopping board, cutting knife and frypan were quite dismal. Lounge wasn’t comfortable. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Hope these things can be fixed before next visit.

Very mixed opinion to be honest. For a penthouse apartment you would assume it would be clean and things would be looked after... Hotel has a great vibe. Rooms are spacious. Large TV in the lounge area and bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Car park a very short walk from the hotel and you can go in and out as often as you like. I travel a lot and can strongly recommend.

Fantastic location close to shops and the theatre. It is always a fun place to stay with friendly, helpful staff, lovely decor and comfy beds. I love the happy hour drinks, coffee machine and the lollies!
I had the most amazing experience at Laneways by Ovolo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The rooms are clean and tidy, facilities are well-maintained, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. The front desk and staff are professional and friendly, making check-in and check-out efficient and smooth. It's an ideal choice for business travelers.
Great location – super convenient right next to Southern Cross Station and easy access to trams, which made getting around Melbourne really simple. The room was clean and comfortable, overall a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom amenities were quite limited and not provided in full for the number of guests, so we had to ask for addition
The neighbours made a noise complaint which resulted in a letter from management! We let the front desk know our friend was coming over to visit since we haven't seen him for a few years.. we were reminded by the manager on duty that only 2 were staying in our room.. he obviously didn't get the memo that he was only visiting and maybe the Savoy isn't the place for couple to visit if the walls are so...
Excellent...very good location, just step away from southern cross station, near restaurant
The hotel is conveniently located near the station making it ideal for travellers arriving from Melbourne Airport. A Skybus stop is also nearby. The facilities are clean and the room is suitable for two people. However the wardrobe is a bit small for hanging towels and clothes. Everything else is good.
Booked this room for my son. He's stayed here a few times and always had a great experience. The breakfast buffet is also very delicious.

It was really hard for me to step outside of my home. My friends pushed me to come out with them to see John Course play, but my mental health has not been at its best. I stayed here for a week in total. Great location near the beach and tram stops. Modern interior. The price difference between the boutique and deluxe room can be small but the difference is huge. Great holiday park with very new and clean facilities. Reception staff are really friendly with a can do attitude which really makes a huge difference. Yes it is a little tight at times but in my experience this is pretty normal in city centre locations. But you certainly don’t feel like you’re in the city here. I absolutely loved my stay at BIG4 Melbourne Caravan Park! The cabin was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the amenities were honestly the cleanest I’ve experienced — and I’ve stayed at a lot of caravan parks. The hotel definitely has a convenient side to it, but the room itself left quite a bit to be desired. The first thing I noticed was the smell. Since the hotel sits above a pub, there was a constant pub-like scent lingering through the hallways and even inside the room. Some people might not mind it, but personally it made the space feel less fresh. The carpet also looked like it hadn’t been properly...
I had only positive memories of the hotel; I would love to stay there again. It's ideally located and has excellent transport links, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that the hotel building is old and warm.

Comfortable rooms and good showers. There is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep, esp if you are on the second floor.
