Hotel is located in the grape field and in very calm. Room is neat and clean. But you just need your own transportation to be there.I wii stay again in my next visit.

The hotel is situated on a hill just outside of the village Leinsweiler. The hotel is located in 2 buildings, the best rooms are in the main building, where also the restaurant is located. We stayed 4 nights in a room called "Maisonette". The room is actually 2 rooms on 2 floors, you enter into a small room with a desk, 2 armchairs and a table. A quite steep stair leeds from this room up to the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom is cosy with a large very good bed and sloping ceiling. From our room we had a fantastic view of the vine fields to the south and the mountains, including the castle of Madenburg to the southwest. The bathroom has no windows but is spacious and has a good shower. The room was clean, well kept and soundproof. Breakfast was included and consisted of a very nice buffet with food in abundance. One word of warning though; the second morning we arrived a little later (but before closure of the buffet) and at that time quite a lot of the food, including most of the bread, was gone. It was not until we specifically asked for bread buns and some ham that it was brought out. Besides this one flaw the restaurant was very nice and we had 2 very tasty dinners there as well. The hotel also has a spa section with a large pool. We didn't use the spa, only the pool. The pool is amazing! You enter the pool inside and can then swim to the outside part of the pool. The pool is an infinty pool and when swimming in it you can see for miles out over the vine fields and the lowland to the east. The pool also has a jet stream if you want to practise swimming. Overall this is a very good hotel. It's not cheap but it's still very good value for the money spent.

This beautiful hotel is located in the zone of the Palatinate, among the vineyards that produces the best wines of the area. The rooms are very comfortable and the service of the hotel is great. There is a spa also features pool. The restaurant offers an excellent cuisine and an extensive wine list: take some advice from the sommelier!

Bed: 8,2 / 100 Very nice ambiance and service. Great view of the Vineyards of the Pfalz wine district. The hotel is in old German country style with a large Swimming pool that is in part, both on the inside and outside. The staff was very positive and nice.

We have lived in this hotel for 10 days taking the ‘best room’ a suite Kessler and a room next door. Total bill over 3500.00 euros. One would expect some service at a four star hotel, but, not at this one. The owners for a start are rude and only care about the restaurant. The rest of the building has no service. No laundry, no front desk, no help with luggage, no room service, a fake wellness area with drunk noisy groups (hotel brings in many groups to fill rooms), no air conditioning, and no fans in the rooms. The Kessler suite is cheaply decorated and poorly thought out. Do not book this room. It is a waste of your money. Bed squeezed into space from which it is impossible to enter or leave. Pipes produce a mold like smell in the bathroom, weird bistro chairs and tiny table, and no outlets. It is bizarre. Clearly a clueless decorator put this room together. It also sits above the pool which opens at 7 am with no spa rules. Spa is for resting not for screaming guests. As a matter of fact there is zero attention to the wellness center. Towels are at the front desk - rather than in the pool/ spa area, no umbrellas outside, no padding on chairs, no tea offered, and the sauna is only turned on at 3 pm?! Plus there are tons of wasps around the pool. My room faces a courtyard with a loud machine and is above the area where workers take their breaks. They start speaking loudly and smoking from 7 am and also late at night. So much for ‘wellness’. Spare your money and do not book this hotel. The owners do not deserve your money. If must be - eat dinner here but do not use the hotel. Overpriced and unpleasant. Who gave them four stars????? Is there a system or any oversight in Germany? If so, I beg the authorities to go do a check on this property because they are not four stars. Many other guests complained to me as well. Its unfair and I really feel ripped off. Also, dangerous for the elderly. Huge steps everywhere. No good.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, good mattresses and delicious food. It is located right in the center of Ischgl, next to the gondola. Very friendly staff, service-oriented, from the reception to the interior care. With special compliments for Mate. A recommendation to go there.

Beautiful hotel, great service, friendly. The quality of the kitchen is great. Rooms are beautiful. It is situated right in the center of the village, next to the gondola. I've been a guest there with my family for several years now, and the overall quality is always great!

An outstanding hotel, very fiendly and proffesional team, delicious food, super close to the ski lift. The room was nicely decorated, windows and doors are soundproof. Excellenet spa area with a nice choice of saunas. I will be back for sure.

It is an amazingly good hotel. The staff is extremely helpfull and very warm. The suite room we got was outstanding, and the meals in the half board restaurant were very tastefull. Even my wife had injured her knee with skiing our stay was still very nice. With good meals wines and nice views. We definately go back next year to Hotel Silvretta.

We had an amazing stay in the second week of April '24. Location is perfect in the center of the town close to the gondola. The half board option was great with large variety in the daily dinner menu which equals fine dining experience. A big plus is the wellness spa and indoor swimming pool. The hotel service is impeccable: reception welcome, car valet parking, spa massage booking, room cleaning. This was our third time staying at the hotel and you don't get better hotel quality & convenience in Ischgl.
