Sport- Und Genusshotel Silvretta in Ischgl

We have lived in this hotel for 10 days taking the ‘best room’ a suite Kessler and a room next door. Total bill over 3500.00 euros. One would expect some service at a four star hotel, but, not at this one. The owners for a start are rude and only care about the restaurant. The rest of the building has no service. No laundry, no front desk, no help with luggage, no room service, a fake wellness area with drunk noisy groups (hotel brings in many groups to fill rooms), no air conditioning, and no fans in the rooms. The Kessler suite is cheaply decorated and poorly thought out. Do not book this room. It is a waste of your money. Bed squeezed into space from which it is impossible to enter or leave. Pipes produce a mold like smell in the bathroom, weird bistro chairs and tiny table, and no outlets. It is bizarre. Clearly a clueless decorator put this room together. It also sits above the pool which opens at 7 am with no spa rules. Spa is for resting not for screaming guests. As a matter of fact there is zero attention to the wellness center. Towels are at the front desk - rather than in the pool/ spa area, no umbrellas outside, no padding on chairs, no tea offered, and the sauna is only turned on at 3 pm?! Plus there are tons of wasps around the pool. My room faces a courtyard with a loud machine and is above the area where workers take their breaks. They start speaking loudly and smoking from 7 am and also late at night. So much for ‘wellness’. Spare your money and do not book this hotel. The owners do not deserve your money. If must be - eat dinner here but do not use the hotel. Overpriced and unpleasant. Who gave them four stars????? Is there a system or any oversight in Germany? If so, I beg the authorities to go do a check on this property because they are not four stars. Many other guests complained to me as well. Its unfair and I really feel ripped off. Also, dangerous for the elderly. Huge steps everywhere. No good.
