Hotel with a family atmosphere it offers spacious Alpine-style rooms and an excellent restaurant. Guests can also relax in the Spa of the hotel. A good option for winter recreation.

The ones put reviews about the balcony, it is not split by fence, don't come here, if you want "privacy" on the balcony, I had so much fun talking to the neighbours, and drinking together.
Others complained about no fridge, that can be an issue in summer, but not winter time, use the balcony, no one will take anything.
Reasonable price.
Perfect location in the middle of Hinterglemm.
The hotel has a restaurant and bar for the evenings.
We were 6 in 2 rooms for a week.
Good breakfast, exactly the same every day (usual, not surprising).
We would definitely recommend.
Now about the personnal of the hotel : very nice / smily young lady for the check-in / check-out, the rest of the personnal gave us one of the worst human experience we had for decades in those kind of accomodations : got very unfriendly for few minutes too late for diner (including the manager), and kept being unfriendly for the few members of the family that made it in time. Don't put your hopes to high for breakfast the next morning: maybe you'll get a dry waitress telling you to pay extra if you dare asking for a... cappucino \o/
