You can order lunch and dinner a la carte.

Mandatory resort fee - 1,7 Euro per day, payment on the spot (children under 14 years do not pay).

Every year we book similar 5-star hotels for our winter sports trips, so we may be a bit spoiled. The hotel itself and the location are perfect, but compared to other hotels with the same number of stars there is still some room for improvement. The table we were assigned was next to the stairs, which made it feel a bit like we were placed in a dark corner without a view. Use this table for kids that wanna play or for drunk people that just finish their Apres Ski, not for customers that come for dinner. Breakfast is good, dinner is average, and the menus are only available in German. That said, the staff is great.

We spent a few days at Alpin Juwel and absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere — from the very first step into the lobby, we immediately felt at home. Our Romantic Suite Rubin was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with an amazing view and even a private sauna. The Panorama Loggia and balcony were perfect places to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery. The wellness area was a highlight: cozy saunas, relaxing rest areas, and the incredible Over the Edge pool — truly unforgettable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious every day, with high-quality, regional and organic products. You can really taste the love they put into their food. The whole team at Alpin Juwel was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuine. We felt well taken care of at all times. A wonderful place for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a beautiful stay in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. We can highly recommend Alpin Juwel and would love to come back!

A great hotel for families and adults alike. Summer is a beautiful time here, so much to do, beautiful nature.. and the hotel is very cozy, with warm atmosphere, it feels like home.. rooms are beautiful, and the food is delicious!! Also they are very focused on sustainability and holistic , healthy living which is a great plus. Can't recommend it enough!

The general hotel is lovely, wonderful spa and relaxing area, couldn't be faulted. Good size room. Super breakfast with lots of healthy choices and afternoon tea very good. BUT thought very poor to be charged 6 euros for a bottle of water with the evening meal, coffee machines covered and no coffee offered with the afternoon tea or evening meal. Very poor for a 4 star supreme hotel. Also the evening meal was just so repetitive with fish, pizza or pasta, 5 out of the 7 nights. No other choice at all and the fish portion was so small it was like a starter. Itty bitty food. This evening meal very much let the hotel down and not the usual high standard food we have experienced in Austria. This really does drop it one star and when questioned with the staff told this was the way they did things.

I highly recommend staying at this luxurious place. It was a very nice relaxing week. I would like to highlight the beautiful and detailed rooms, the friendly approach of the staff and also the amazing breakfast with a wide selection. There was also always something to discover in the area. After a whole day you will appreciate the hotel wellness with two pools. You should definitely go for this experience too! ☺️

I was very satisfied in this hotel. Comfortable suites, beautiful SPA (saunas, indoor and outdoor pool), delicious food, nice staff and close to ski slopes (within walking distance in ski boots). Garages. Play rooms for your children. Hotel is eco and nature friendly. Really good was also afternoon snack in winter with a great choice. I cant say anything bad about this hotel, just thank you for an amazing stay!

Love the ethos of this hotel. Well-being and enjoyment are top of their agenda. Welcoming reception staff, great food (lots of choice), super breakfasts. Sabina at the Spa deserves a mention - her daily yoga at 8am is wonderful , she is such a warm person and this comes through the yoga teaching. Indoor pool good for short lengths and nice hot outdoor pool, loads of saunas and steam rooms. Comfy beds . Highly recommended.

Wonderfull experience from start to finish. In beautiful setting that Hinterglemm is, hotel’s interior provides cozy and warm yet elegant atmosphere, combining traditional alpine charm with modern amenities. Rooms are very nice and spacious with all needed amenities (we specially liked spring water tap in the room). One of the highlights of our stay was the food and the wonderfull atmosphere in the restaurant - it did not feel like tipical hotel restaurant, more like dinning out. Breakfast and afternoon snack (was much more than just a snack really :) were also great, offering wide choice of meals. Attention to details is visible everywhere, from candle lights all over the reception, bar and restaurant area, aroma diffusors instead of artifical perfumes, Uno cards on each table, high quality food with also many healthy additions like for example stevia, vitamin C, zeolith, different natural supplements…) Electronic game table was a hit among kids. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We have to specially mention Selma who was highly proffesional and skilled, but also so warm and kind at the same time, as well as Croatian waiters and cook. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We will highly recommend it and will definitely return.

It is a beautiful hotel, with a perfect location in relation to the slopes and the village. There is plenty of parking, clean and nice rooms, friendly staff and very good food and drinks. There is also a very cozy bar where you can stay until late!

I’ve traveled to many mountain resorts, but Alpin Juwel is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And it is not just because of the incredibly delicious food (though that alone is worth the visit!!!), but because they truuuuly care about you. The staff is not just a team, they feel like a family, and they are genuine in everything they do! Thank you Micha for the laptop charger (best pizza man) without I would be lost! The owners are among the sweetest people I’ve ever met, their passion for making the world a better place, being conciouss and loving people, by taking care of their guests is felt everywhere in the hotel. They truly focus on nurturing your mind, body, soul and your heart. Everything at Alpin Juwel is bio, and they go above and beyond to provide an experience that’s wholesome in every sense. The pool, the panoramic view sauna in the room and breathwork sessions were an absolute highlight, the breathwork/meditation took me to another world, so much so that I even drop a tear or two during the session. And the yoga classes, with a breathtaking mountain view, really helped me to center myself. This isn’t just a hotel, it’s your home when you are away. Thank you everyone that made this stay so special!!! Will be back in April for the retreat!!!!! Yaaaay!!
