Dear Hotel Post Owners, We need to share our fantastic experience at your hotel, it is of the highest quality. The bedrooms were spacious, well equipped, and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was exceptional, everything one needed, and more. We all spoke highly of this and the staff in the morning. The location was perfect for skiing, close to the slopes or the train for alternatives. After skiing, a spa to unwind. Again of exceptional quality. However, what makes a great hotel is the staff, Jasmine and Reyhaneh were superb and Ifer also. In fact, you should be proud of all of your staff, it really made our trip the best. Everyone in the hotel, and the market cafe were lovely! Thank you so much, it was a week celebrating my birthday, and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Love from Wales!

Loved how easy it was to use the train system to ski. It was perfect for getting to Fiberbrun and Kitz.

Everything was satisfactory and pleasant experience including dining and breakfast. The reception staff Jasmin was superbly cheerful and friendly. The room given to us facing the busy street was noisy till 10 plus in the night.

Lovely - but note no bar or restaurant on a sunday
Very nice hotel but specifically chosen as it had a good restaurant but it isn’t open on a Sunday and nothing to say that. Had to find a restaurant in the town. One was so full they couldn’t accommodate us. The other completely empty and meal was awful.

Horrible bed. Haven't slept in such a bad bed since I was in the army. The thin curtains let morning sun in, waking me up involuntary at 6am every day. They had no front desk staff in the evening. Not a 4 star feature... There weren't also any stores open in the whole village after 6pm. Couldn't get even a chocolate bar after that. This village clearly doesn't want any visitors.

Our stay at Das Post Hotel was absolutely wonderful – we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We came by car and were able to safely park it at the property. We also didn’t need it for the rest of our stay as we just took the train to the Kitzbühel ski area, which was a convenient and scenic ride of just 15 minutes. After an exciting day on the slopes, we could enjoy some amazing food in the charming town or hotel itself with local flavors that were simply unforgettable. The highlight of every evening was for us definitely the spa – we made sure to unwind there every night, and it was the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel also offered an incredibly extensive and delicious prepared breakfast from which we could just not get enough! We just couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We definitely will be coming back!

Overall this is an excellent hotel. The location is great if you want places to eat, shops nearby and the ski slopes a short walk or bus away. The rooms are a generous size, clean and relatively well equipped over all. The breakfast is good although limited hot food options. Only negatives are the pillows are too thin and the room should have moisturiser/cream for your hands/body. The reception is unmanned after 7pm which is a little unusual but not a big deal, just wasn’t expecting it when I arrived. Would definitely stay again

Nice place, staff were friendly, front desk was shut at night so was unsure how I would get into my room if I lost my key which was concerning, parking was expensive and I couldn’t find a space one night but got it sorted, many thanks, John

We had a short stay in this hotel but we loved it , really nice and professional, pleasant staff, amazing breakfast, spacious and clean rooms . Location just great and close to the slopes and in middle of all shopping area. Definitely recommended!! Thank you

What a fantastic place! Located in St Johan (about 15 minutes from Kitz)is a luxury winter paradise. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms are modern and have every amenity you could ask for. If you are looking for luxury outside of the Kitz scene this is definitely the place!
