A stunning hotel with really welcoming staff. We arrived early and had full use of their incredible spa - one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel with sauna’s, steam rooms and a magical outdoor hot pool. We had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner in Schladming. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. Driving is not recommended if you don't have a car, although it's very close to the lake and the miniature world. The lack of tea and coffee service inside, even in the lobby, was quite disappointing. The swimming pool was nice, but the sauna was so-so.
