We've stayed at this hotel multiple times and are always satisfied. The rooms have been renovated due to a change in ownership, which is a nice touch. The location is great – central yet quiet. Breakfast is good, and overall, the staff are very attentive and helpful.

The breakfast is modest, but the products are of good quality, it is clean, the bus to the center is a 5-minute walk away, but it doesn’t run often in the evening, there is a nasty Arab girl working at the reception, the hotel has been renovated, the interior, furniture, everything is new

Uber service is also readily available at this hotel, and there's parking, so I drove. The hotel boasts a prime location, close to the airport express line and subway station. It's within a 5-minute walk of Vienna's busiest pedestrian street, and there are also parks and a cathedral nearby, making it extremely convenient. Nice hotel and our room was facing the mountains and that was really nice, but in general it was more a ski hotel that needed a touch and a smile. The morning buffet was okay but with a little attention it would have been great. We where passing through and felt something was missing.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! A real gem in Vienna. The location is great - close to transport and the neighbourhood of Spittelberg - but also walkable to the old town and Ringstrasse. I cannot fault our stay, and the wonderful staff at Hotel Bergland. We had not been skiing for 15 years (!) and this was the perfect reminder of what we have been missing. Short transfer from Innsbruck, fabulous food, Ski bus just outside the hotel to 2 different ski areas, not extensive, but perfect for us, well maintained wide Blue and Red runs. Marcus the owner runs the hotel like a family business. He welcomed us personally and paid special attention to our group of 24. The staff are also treated very well, and it showed in the wonderful hospitality they extended to us. The food was delicious, varied and well presented.
