Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were bellhops to help with the luggage. Since I always took a taxi, I can't really comment on the exact location, but it seemed pretty close to the city center. The whole place had a classic, old-money vibe. The hairdryer wasn't great, but everything else was fine.

The hotel's location is fantastic! I loved the view of the Danube. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and it was freezing, so the front desk upgraded us directly to a Black Suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was huge! It is located at the edge of 1 District so it’s close to many places of interest, food, and shopping. The hotel is centrally located in Austria and lots to see, eat, and do around this neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and one of the most accomodating I've encountered in Europe. Got upgraded on the room and it was very big, clean, and lots of amenities.

Hotel was conveniently located 10 min walk from the center of Vienna.  Rooms were a good size and clean.  It didn’t have the cotton wools or cotton buds available for use but they used a good brand of cleaning gels and shampoo - Evelyn and Crabtree.  The gym was also good with all the necessary equipment with a sauna.

The air conditioner isn't working, and you have to pay for a bottle of water.

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu. The services for the first two days were good, the third day was poor in restaurant, like forcing you out. Location is good for reaching any spots.

Old looking Ritz Carltons. The Interiors look like they haven’t been refurbished or renovated from the furniture, flooring. Service was not great from a 5 star, I am pretty sure that’s just how Austrians are, not as catering as other places. Amazing hotel, one of the best in Vienna

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good....

The room, while not large, is in an old, historic building, but it's very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent; despite a minor hiccup, everything was handled perfectly afterward. Every evening, someone would come to the room to leave water and chocolates – they left a generous amount of water. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Trofana Royal - our favourite hotel in the Austrian Alps! The rooms, facilities and restaurant are all excellent - really hard to find any fault at all. I booked a hotel for two nights at over 5,000 yuan a night, facing the street. The waiter was quite arrogant when I checked in. I booked a room with a balcony, but I was given a room without a balcony. The room was also very small. I requested a twin bed room, but the waiter had to temporarily separate the beds. It didn't feel worth the price.
