A great place to stay when visiting Vienna with great hospitality in general and from Lara in particular.

There was a lack of good communication between the 2 NH facilities. I was not given a full offer of means of transport from one to another. The conference location was very unacomodating while the downtown location concierge was very friendly and helpful. If it was not for the airport staff, i would have most likely been stranded at the airport with a fully paid hotel room.

A distinguished hotel from the Hilton Worldwide Group. The location is excellent and the view is very distinctive and attractive.

The room we got, is at the other building, but it is connected. It is under renovation, thus a bit dusty along the corridor. If you are driving, it is easy to get to Hallstatt and Dachstein mountain.

This is a ski hotel! The sanitation is average! Some of the facilities are old! The scenery outside the hotel is still beautiful!

Excellent location. Two blocks from the museums, two blocks from the main shopping district and close to many pubs and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. My only suggestions: breakfast in the hotel is pricey and the sauna is only open from 4:00pm-10:00pm. Staff was very helpful and the had free champagne on New Year’s Eve and day.

DO NOT SKIP THIS HOTEL. Phenomenal service, spacious rooms with a great design, and an unbeatable location. We asked the middle-aged gentleman working the desk late at night for some tea free, and were offered it free of charge at around 2 AM as we came in from the cold. They will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, all at an unbeatable price.

All the staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. The rooms are not cleaned, the bathroom shelves were full of dust, a pity (see. photo). The two of us had to spend 4 days with only a small shampoo and a small tube of shower gel, as well as a single roll of toilet paper. The Kleenex box empties the entire stay, regrettable for 4 stars. The location is perfect, both very close to the main touristic zones by walk and also in a peaceful zone without the rush. Service was fast and welcoming, rooms were clean. I guess the slippers were the best quality ones ever I used in a hotel. We haven't tried the breakfast but everything was pleasant about our stay. Danke schön!

It is a very nice hotel, with nice staff, situated close to the x-country ski tracks and with access to the public swimning and spa. Wonderful experience. The only negative comment would be the quality of the pull out couch in the family room. Our kids slept in the bedroom and we were up later in the living room and did not sleep at all during our stay. This could definitely be improved.

Everything is tip top. There is nothing to complain about. Willingness, equipment, kitchen, location. We have visited the hotel 3 times now and it is rare that I can say that I see further improvement, but here I do.

Stayed in the apartment. Really nice, spacious, clean, air conditioned and modern with large balcony mostly in the shade - which was nice due to the warm weather.

It was a warm stay for the evening. Staff very friendly and breakfast was quite impressive. The bell tower and lack of water pressure in the shower head were frustrating though. Wished I had know about the tower, but that is own failure

I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon.

This stay was a complete surprise. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles and sincere "Welcome home" made me feel incredibly warm. The room was even more spacious and bright than it looked in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up.

The best hotel, the best service, quiet, they checked us in early and gave us a late check-out. 10 out of 10!

The room was quite large, and slippers and toiletries were provided, which was not like other European hotels. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of fruit, but the shower water might be cold if you take a shower too late at night.

The location was convenient for getting around. It's difficult to push a large suitcase from the central station, so I think it's better to take the bus. The receptionist was wearing what appears to be traditional clothing and was very cute. She greeted me with a smile. Thank you very much.

Breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly, Mirabell Garden is just a minute away, and there are trams and buses that stop in front of the accommodation, so it's great.

Just returned after a wonderful week at the Hotel Kristall. The staff we lovely, the food delicious and the roof top infinitely pool, with its amazing view was brilliant. We will be back next year and stay for longer.

I'm happy with my choice. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, taking just 4.20 minutes on the S7 train. Lubiana is also centrally located, and the metro takes you quickly to the city center. Otherwise, the hotel staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the international breakfast is excellent.

Check in was very easy, having done most of it online. Hotel is very convenient, being 5 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Nestroyplatz). However, room was quite small and was looking generally quite 'tired'. There was no functioning air-conditioning.

I booked a room with a kitchen. However, there were no pots, pans, plates, knives, etc. So there wasn't much point in having a kitchen. However, it was a traditional and historic hotel. It was clean, had lots of sunlight, was spacious, and had two toilets, so it was comfortable for three people to stay. I'd like to stay here again next time I come to Vienna (^^)

Revisited Adapura in winter after a great stay in summer. We were not disappointed, it was lovely. Good vibe, great staff, enjoyed the wellness and food and skiing starts at your doorstep! This is a 4-star hotel, but I stayed in a spacious, high-floor room, and the breakfast was excellent. It's very close to the Golden Hall, a maximum 15-minute walk, and no more than 20 minutes on foot to the State Opera House.
