The location is super good, not far from city. We can not proceed to do for self check in. So, we have to wait for the reception that has only one staff.

I love this hostel and enjoy my time there. The staffs are so nice and I talked with many people there. Sometimes the kitchen is not that clean but still okay for me. I ate pizza there. The music and drinks are perfect for me. I love it!

There were absolutely none of the negative points mentioned in other reviews! Towels are provided, the heating works perfectly in winter, the bed is spotless with not a speck of dust, and bugs were completely out of the question. For this price, being within a 5-minute walk to the station platform is fantastic.

Okay, this guesthouse was satisfactory, so I'll give it a good review! I'm happy with it. It's not my first time here; I chose it after comparing several places. Sometimes the prices are cheap, other times they're a bit high.

It’s Ibis standard. Very well located, a lot of supermarkets around. The hop on hop off stops just in front of the building as well as the public transportation. MariaHilf strasse was just a block away. Excellent!

Arrived in the evening via Vienna Airport Bus, it passed by the hotel so it was easy to find. It was also rather accessible as it was only a short walk away from a metro station. You have to request for cleaning at the reception if you want it though, since they are doing a charity program. Our room was still clean without daily cleaning.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and patient with us, explaining things slowly since we're foreigners. The breakfast was excellent, truly a rare delicious meal we had in Vienna. We really didn't enjoy the local Western food outside.

The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment.

I had a wonderful stay at this Brazilian-style hotel. The room was very spacious, and having a kitchen made it extremely convenient and practical. Everything was clean and well-organized, which made me feel very comfortable.

The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. Location is superb, just across the regional train station. Hotel is very basic in amenities, no flask in room, need to boil and get hot water at reception. Tea sachet is available at reception. Room is ok in size but not good for winter/cold weather as there is no separate heater in the bathroom.  Ok if you just stay for 1 night and move on.

I want to write for families: this is a great hotel. A place for kids to get their wiggles out (climbing room !!), cheese pizzas, apple juice -- all the things you need for a smooth arrival after a long day of travel. Honestly, they were so kind to our loud, emotional little kids. And the staff's kindness was top notch. I would much rather stay here than a 5 star hotel.

The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.
