The hotel was very close to the station, which made it super convenient. The reception staff were also kind and helpful. The only downside was that a cleaner entered my room at 7 AM. I wish they had been a bit more considerate about the timing.

Very very small room with many design flaws. I love 25hours hotel brand, so whenever I see the brand, I would choose this hotel brand over others. Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Great location, fancy design (but not too much), spacious rooms, attentive service. Breakfast looked nice too, yet we decided to eat outside instead just to explore local cafe spots. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sauna, it’s very good though you can visit it till 10pm, so you can relax in the hotel evening after a long walk in the city. Totally recommend.

Okay, this guesthouse was satisfactory, so I'll give it a good review! I'm happy with it. It's not my first time here; I chose it after comparing several places. Sometimes the prices are cheap, other times they're a bit high.

It’s Ibis standard. Very well located, a lot of supermarkets around. The hop on hop off stops just in front of the building as well as the public transportation. MariaHilf strasse was just a block away. Excellent!

Arrived in the evening via Vienna Airport Bus, it passed by the hotel so it was easy to find. It was also rather accessible as it was only a short walk away from a metro station. You have to request for cleaning at the reception if you want it though, since they are doing a charity program. Our room was still clean without daily cleaning.

Great location near the main shopping street and close to underground stations. This seems to be recently refurbished with nice bar on the ground floor. But there was no fridge and safe box in the room. This was disappointing.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and patient with us, explaining things slowly since we're foreigners. The breakfast was excellent, truly a rare delicious meal we had in Vienna. We really didn't enjoy the local Western food outside.

The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment.

I had a wonderful stay at this Brazilian-style hotel. The room was very spacious, and having a kitchen made it extremely convenient and practical. Everything was clean and well-organized, which made me feel very comfortable.

The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.

Location is superb, just across the regional train station. Hotel is very basic in amenities, no flask in room, need to boil and get hot water at reception. Tea sachet is available at reception. Room is ok in size but not good for winter/cold weather as there is no separate heater in the bathroom.  Ok if you just stay for 1 night and move on.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed here after visiting Hallstatt. Breakfast and dinner were included, and we also received a Summer Pass, which gave us a free cable car ride to the top of the mountain. It practically freed us from paying for our room. If you have kids, the various rides on the mountain are fantastic.
