Extremely happy with our choice and we will choose it again when in beautiful Vienna. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Top tier location, just outside the metro and you also have an adjacent mall with everything. The rooms were cleaned daily (including towels replacements), very quiet and beds were great. Only downside is that there’s no little fridge. The staff were very friendly and everything was decorated for Christmas. Good value for money besides the breakfast which we didnt have.

Location is perfect - close to all main transportation means and at the same time it's convenient for walking too meaning you can easily walk to several interesting locations from it. Excellent! This Motel One in Staatsoper is a fabulous hotel, very comfortable, welcoming with brilliant staff. Comfortable rooms and a really nice lobby with plenty of seating to have a drink at the end of your evening. Conveniently located very close to the Opera House and the city shopping area, this is an ideal venue that I highly recommend, this being our third stay here. Excellent! 10/10

5/5 for location. It is one block from the opera house and walking distance to many attractions. However, the facility is a bit old and run down. And not worth the hassle if you are looking for something close to luxury. However, the price also kinda reflects that.

Contemporary hotel with very spacious and clean rooms. A little bit out of the city centre but only a short bike ride away. Also just a short walk to a main train station. Right by the fairground park which has a good beer garden. The hotel has a lovely, large outdoor seating area itself.

Motel One never disappoints. Great rooms - no noise from the other guests, which is my no. One priority. There is a big supermarket across the parking lot with options to grab coffee, breakfast and other supplies - great. When I first booked this hotel, I was worried it was too far from the city center. Worry not. The city bus stops right in front of the hotel. Great hotel just outside the city centre zone but very near one of Vienna's main shopping street's Mariahilferstrasse which has a metro station and Vienna West train station for train's to Salzburg and beyond is just a short walk away. Vienna is a wonderful city and I hope to return sometime and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A very nice holiday apartment with panoramic views. Not my first time at the aparthotel, highly recommended. The other apartments are also very nice, and the hotel offers quite a lot. Private rentals include access to the swimming pool and sauna. They also have a small indoor play area for children. The restaurant and bar are a great place to end the day later on.

Rented apartment (Apprthotel in Mittelberg) from owner just like a year ago, but in a different place on the first floor. Bus and lift free to the border. Eg oberstdorf return € 6.50 pp extra. You go by car for a day in Oberstdorf. P with waltsercard is free and you get a return bus center for 2 adults. And 2 kids for free. Oja the hotel has a lot to offer, swimming pool and gym are free. To be honest, it's far from Vienna city center. About 30 minutes. It was nice that I could take the 62 tram straight to the Opera House, but it was a simple hotel with nothing nearby, and the supermarket was only around 18:00 and closed around 7:00 PM. Just returned home from an excellent weekend stay at this hotel, our room was upgraded on arrival and was very comfortable and clean. This is a really lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Kitzbuhel. Can't think of a single thing that needs improving. We had the most wonderful week staying at Hotel Erika. The food was incredible and they catered to allergies without any issues. The rooms were stylish and comfortable and we really loved the sauna area after a day’s skiing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. First time trying a hotel room with a small kitchen, and it was very nice! Able to stock up on beverages and snacks. Comfy beds. The hotel is very sentral, just a few stops with the u-bahn and you are for example at stefansdom, etc

The location is good, and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help with whatever was needed. The heating worked well, which was much appreciated given how cold it was. Areas for improvement: The bathroom had a constant bad smell. I'm not sure if it's because of the age of the building, but even after flushing, the odor lingered (we even sprayed perfume to try and change the smell 😆)...

The hotel is located in a good area, it’s clean and near stores. What I didn’t like was that at nights when I arrived late there was no one at the front desk. They probably were somewhere, but not visible. This made me uncomfortable because anyone can walk in undetected. NOT SAFE.

The hotel is centrally located, and parking is available for 35 euros per night. Breakfast is good, but you have to be careful with what you eat because I found glass in my yogurt. The staff didn't seem to care, and that's what really bothers me. No one even apologized.

Due to Christmas holiday and Winter vacation period, we paid a rate of USD 202 per night (which is super expensive). Although the location of the hotel is excellent and the service of the receptionists/staff spectacular, the rooms are old and very below standard for the price. In addition, out of my 14 days in Europe, this was the one hotel which we were cold throughout the night. Heater was not good...

There is no refrigerator. The hairdryer turns off after only 3 seconds of use. The accommodation fee wasn't cheap, so it felt like a waste of money. I do not recommend booking this place.

"Cause" work I found myself on the banks of the Danube in Vienna and I stayed for a few days in this hotel. Excellent accommodation, I enjoyed my stay, very good value for money. Advised.

Good and clean place! The staff is German style friendly, you have to get used to it, haha ya ya gutentag! The bath room is clean and updated, and hotel has laundry service which gives you access to washer and dryer for 6 Euro, detergent included from front desk . Very convenient. The location of the apartments was OK - 5 minutes walk to lifts. We hired lockers which helped. Apartments are basic but clean and warm. We had some issues with hot water but they were resolved once we told reception. Beware - breakfast...

Excellent apartments, clean, well appointed. Great location for the lifts and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the best part was the Resturaunt, and amazing selection of Austrian and Asian dishes, super cooked and presented. Rooms were super big which gave our family plenty of space to enjoy time together but not too close! Everything was clean and high quality. Restaurant was delicious and super welcoming. Sauna was clean and not crowded. Location was perfect, just across road to the ski lifts. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended

Very nice apartment hotel, combining well traditional and modern style, perfectly located in the center of the city. The chambers are relatively large, each one has a bathroom and the common area has everything that you might need, including kitchen pots and dishes. Nice, clean and spacious apartment in the towncenter. Great place to stay and friendly staff to help you around. Also a nice and clean sauna that you can book via the reception and it is included in the price of the apartment. Next year we will be returning to an apartment with own private sauna.

A fresh, clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The location is very central with easy access to restaurants, ski bus & supermarket. We couldn’t fault our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Hotel full of history Next to Inn’s River Last year same time (Oktoberfest) we tried to book this hotel, was fully booked. We come again this year and book 2 months ahead… we got it. The hotel located below the castle and next to Inn’s review. All their hotel room are named after cities of the world. Love the bed. Hotel room clean. Do take note that rooms that facing the street/city is a bit noisy...

Cute hotel in the center of the old town, with a cool room design. Unfortunately, the bathroom, especially the shower, was tiny, and there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast was quite good, with a large selection of mountain cheeses.

What a lovely little hotel- the service was great, breakfast was fantastic, and the location is ideal. I love how each room has a different theme (mine was London).

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very beautiful spacious room. Bathroom is open concept with see through glass door. We wonder if people from opposite buildings can see us showering 😂 Otherwise, it is a great hotel with a very good restaurant for dinner and the fortress is within walkable distance.
