This hotel is conveniently located opposite a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping very easy. The mall also has a subway station directly connected to Vienna Airport. The main shopping street is only about a ten-minute walk away.

A most pleasant hotel with attentive services and friendly staff

Across from the city park and a 10-minute walk to the city center, it's very convenient.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were bellhops to help with the luggage. Since I always took a taxi, I can't really comment on the exact location, but it seemed pretty close to the city center. The whole place had a classic, old-money vibe. The hairdryer wasn't great, but everything else was fine.

The hotel location is a bit far away, but it is right next to the river. The view is amazing!! They also have a sauna for the guests and a swimming pool.

The Vienna trip brought many surprises from the Hilton hotel for my wife and me: delicious breakfast, comfortable sleep, charming sunrise by the Danube River, and the family-like care from the hotel staff...

The location isn't great, and there was ongoing road construction. Taxis couldn't drop us off directly at the entrance, so we had to get out and walk across a cordoned-off area to reach the hotel. Also, adding breakfast was a bad deal; it definitely wasn't worth the price. You're better off walking ten minutes to a McDonald's outside.

Friendly and helpful staff with chic large rooms and a beautiful view. Breakfast was great and they had a creative Greek plant based lamb burger on their bar menu that was delicious. The saunas were also very nice and quiet retreat.

We spent 3 nights in cozy room, the only improvement we could reccomend is an additional mattress in case of additional bed. The folding sofa had very thin and hard surface for our daughter... Otherwise it has been very clean, with good sound insulation from the street. The position on station of 2 subway lines close to the downtown and Schobrunn is surplus.

Very good hotel. I stayed there for 7 nights. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good too. The area is quiet and right across from the metro station, which is very convenient. You can go everywhere very easily, within 15-20 minutes.

Room was nice close to train station making it convenient to get into the city centre.. Wifi was awful though.

Extremely close to the station with excellent service. It's also near the Belvedere Palace, making it incredible value for money. I'd recommend it to all my friends and will definitely stay here again next time. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area too.

The hotel's location is fantastic! I loved the view of the Danube. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and it was freezing, so the front desk upgraded us directly to a Black Suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was huge! Plus, every day we got three juices and three bottles of water from the mini-bar, which was super nice.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. However, the rooms are a bit dated. I'd seen comments about cleanliness issues, and after checking in, I can confirm there were hairs on the floor.

Fantastic experience all around, from the reception service to the breakfast and the room – everything was incredibly satisfying. The in-house restaurant is also excellent and definitely worth trying. The breakfast features a 'Fengchao' (honeycomb) station where you can enjoy authentic, fresh honey, which was a delightful touch.

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

The hotel is centrally located in Austria and lots to see, eat, and do around this neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and one of the most accomodating I've encountered in Europe. Got upgraded on the room and it was very big, clean, and lots of amenities.

The service and the room setting are good. Although they arrange the room that is the last room. They help me to pick luggage before checking in and after checking out! The bathroom is fine. The location is super good, not far from city. We can not proceed to do for self check in. So, we have to wait for the reception that has only one staff.

I love this hostel and enjoy my time there. The staffs are so nice and I talked with many people there. Sometimes the kitchen is not that clean but still okay for me. I ate pizza there. The music and drinks are perfect for me. I love it!

There were absolutely none of the negative points mentioned in other reviews! Towels are provided, the heating works perfectly in winter, the bed is spotless with not a speck of dust, and bugs were completely out of the question. For this price, being within a 5-minute walk to the station platform is fantastic.

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and let us check in early. The room was quite spacious, clean, tidy, and didn't have any strange smells. The swimming pool is really small, more for kids. There's a construction site next door which is quite noisy, but the room itself was okay.

I arrived to the room keys not working, which greatly affected my satisfaction. The window is also not soundproof while the construction site started from 7am. One good point is the spacious room, and that’s why I chose this hotel.

Nice 4-star hotel with an indoor pool and sauna. Located right behind the central station, with convenient access to shopping areas. Small gym; however, the lack of disposable cups was a bit inconvenient. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows didn’t provide enough support, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right.

Tired hotel. Definitely not a 4-star experience… just to give you an idea, the elevator is from 1987, modernized in 2024, but it didn't really improve much – it is what it is. Breakfast was nothing special… but the cost of the stay, the area itself, plus the nearby S-Bahn – it might appeal to some.

I had a very convenient stay. I love the fact that this hotel isn't located in the city centre, making it a perfect place to rest. Billa, dm, and Spar are literally a stone’s throw away. Very clean, nice and convenient hotel. 5 minutes from Oberdobling train station and 2 minutes from bus and trams stops, you can reach the city centre in around 15 minutes. The staff are polite and professional, and the balcony of the room is a nice touch. They also have some simple kitchen facilities if you wish to prepare food and they provided free fizzy water and beers in the minibar.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel with great facilities and staff. We had our dog with us and the room came with a dog bowl and a dog bed which was a lovely touch. Parking is great and gym is well equipped.

Intercity Graz is new, clean, and bright, offering a very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The location is excellent, right next to Graz Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for travel.

walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

Had a great time in Intercity Graz as this location is right opposite main train station which is so convenient for us to move to our next stop. Other than that, we could reach to everywhere else easily. Graz is also a beautiful place to visit. Don't skip here!
