Checkin was a bit cold, also further questions the days after were not really answered politely. We used to travel and use Hilton a lot but especially the receptionists need an improvement. Often also nobody answered the phone as we tried guest service, concierge and reception at the same time. Concierge, room service and cleaning staff were surprisingly excellent! This is an adequate hotel. It's right across the street from the Pilgramgasse subway station which means all of Vienna is a short metro ride away (tip: pay for the 24/48/72 hour pass). Great hotel for a reasonable price in the city center, all attractions within walking distance

Good 4* hotel, warm, comfortable, normal breakfasts. Unfortunately, the nearest metro station was closed for reconstruction. We walked to the central part, it is convenient and quick to get to the zoo. If you go by car, then it is generally super: there is its own underground parking, convenient transport interchange.

You need to be very picky to find a defect here as am not I give it 5 stars. Comfortable, convenient and clean. Perfect breakfast and staff friendly and smiling...smiling! Did you read that? In this tough times a nice smile is to thank for ;)

Great service, clean and comfortable room, tasty breakfast -- and right next to the central station (Wien HBF). The staff in particular were so helpful, going above and beyond. The group I was with also enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar. I'll definitely be coming back.

Very modern hotel in a super convenient location, especially when traveling by train and stopping in Vienna for just a night or two. Train station is literally right below the hotel, connection to the airport is just 15 minutes by train. Nevertheless, the rooms are absolutely quiet. The bar has an awesome selection of local and international gins, and their staff is very friendly.

I genuinely think that this is one the best, most modern furnished hotels I have ever been to. Everything is super clean and smells fresh. The food and staff is on point. Also the Bio program is great addition. I am really enjoying my time here. Thank you!

It is located 3 minutes away from Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna central station) providing you pick the right exit. This is a budget hotel which is segmented to be clean, modern and minimumlism decorated and close to convenient locations. Reception is efficient and breakfast is very decent. Good choice if you stop at Vienna in an European train tour.

Me and my husband absolutely loved our stay here! Our room was spacious, staff was lovely and the breakfast was great. If we stayed longer we would of used the fitness/sauna/steam room facilities- we only had time to check it out and we were impressed.

Nice hotel in Vienna, but is already begging for reconstruction

The conundrum was the Imperial Riding School was closed for refurbishment. I was contacted a while ago by the hotel who re-protected my stay at their main Vienna Marriot hotel in the centre, (on the ParkRing). So all was good although I can't really describe what the experience would be like at the Imperial Riding School. I am sure it will be excellent when it reopens.

Amazing hotel. Very clean , very comfortable rooms and beds. Delicious breakfast. Even the food from the hotel's restaurant was good. the hotel is near a train's statiom but you can go on foots to the center of Vienna. It's about 2 kilometres which means 20-25 minutes walking I wish i could come back one day!

If you love dressage and love horses is spectacular to see especially with the interior decor. However if you go with people who are really not into animals it is a little boring. Next time I would not reserve seats and just do the standing room but come early to grab it

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

Great atmosphere with all the art in the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The location is also good, close to city centre and public transport as well as steps away from the train station.

Good Hotel for Business trip, good decision

Very basic amenities were provided.  No slippers, tooth paste & tooth brush.  The restaurant only provided limited food choices and charged you for hot water and bread even if you did not order it. Check in was not easy and can be more friendly , seems like you shouldn’t book through other agent rather than their official platform. You will not entitle any benefit with your Status level. Breakfast was lousy at the lounge, food wasn’t fresh, its more for display then consumption, 2 out of 4 days get upset stomach. The room was quite comfortable, but the carpet was too old. The breakfast was quite rich. The restaurant on the 57th floor was closed on Sundays and was booked on Saturdays, so there was no restaurant to eat in. You could only order room service. When you called for service, no one answered the phone or the waiting time was long. So the hotel is far from the 5-star standard.
