The facilities are great: good gym, free guest laundry, bike storage/rental and the lobby has a cool co-working vibe. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay

I recently spent 4 nights at The Social Hub Vienna, and overall I really liked it. The location is good, nearby Praterstern station, which made getting around easy

And even though my room faced the road, it was very quiet and overall it was quieter than other hotels I've stayed in recently. It can be a lively place with lots of young guests

Environment: It's a hybrid, part student accommodation and part hotel. There are lots of entertainment options downstairs. It's right next to the train station, but the soundproofing is incredibly good

Facilities: Excellent! It has everything you need, including a kettle and a hairdryer. It's cleaned daily by staff, and they even provide two complimentary bottles of water

The apartment was nice, spacious and with lots of facilities. The location was great - close to the metro station and was good even for exploring the town on foot

also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty

The room size is quite generous for a European hotel, and best of all, they offer free extra beds, making it perfect for families. The breakfast is a step up from your average continental fare

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across the street from the airport line and a major metro interchange (U1, U3, U4 lines), just a short walk to the tram, and has a bus stop right outside

This hotel is conveniently located opposite a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping very easy. The mall also has a subway station directly connected to Vienna Airport

The hotel entrance looks small, but there are actually a lot of rooms, and it's quite popular with guests

This hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a few dozen meters from the entrance/exit

When I stayed, there was some construction going on in the area, so pay attention to the signs for both subway directions. The food here is excellent, and the bar stays open quite late, serving both lunch and dinner

First off, I have to say the Trip. com platform service was surprisingly excellent! They helped coordinate an early check-out due to special circumstances, and it was very efficient

InterContinental Vienna was a great hotel, near Stadtpark, spacious rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed and great variety of breakfast.

The front desk staff was so warm and helpful, giving me all the tips to browse the city area. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better as the Metro station is directly opposite to the hotel entrance

Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were bellhops to help with the luggage. Since I always took a taxi, I can't really comment on the exact location, but it seemed pretty close to the city center

The Vienna trip brought many surprises from the Hilton hotel for my wife and me: delicious breakfast, comfortable sleep, charming sunrise by the Danube River, and the family-like care from the hotel staff...

And, the price is very reasonable. And, right outside my window is a beautiful Orthodox Church. Last, the hotel is located within walking distance to several restaurants and bars

Stayed here because it's an Andaz, but the decor standards are definitely below those of Andaz hotels in mainland China, though the price is also lower. It's clean and tidy, and the service is good.

Stayed 3 nights. One of the nights was New Year’s Eve so I can watch fireworks around central station area. Overall is a good hotel.

It's also a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was particularly challenging on the second day when it snowed, as the path involves crossing several intersections

We stay at this hotel for vacation, very good location and convenient.

Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out

The sauna is very nice (bathrobes can be borrowed from reception) – the relaxation area (inner courtyard) had a strong smell of sewage, making it impossible to lie down comfortably

Conveniently located near the Museumsquartier, Volkstheater, and Burgtheater. The room was clean (although it had a slightly strange odor)

It's OK. I stay here every time I pass by. I've stayed here for about 20 times. Recently, I feel that the service is not as good as before. There is no chocolate brewing (my favorite).

Location very good, near transport. Staff is nice, room is excellent except the windows is damaged.

 It didn’t have the cotton wools or cotton buds available for use but they used a good brand of cleaning gels and shampoo - Evelyn and Crabtree.  The gym was also good with all the necessary equipment with a sauna

The breakfast and staff were excellent, but the housekeeping and maintenance were inefficient (they left us for two days with half of the bathroom sliding door blocked; it's impossible that housekeeping didn't see it and report it before making it available)

Also there weren’t oatmeal, just a yoghurt and oats. But I wouldn’t say it is not good hotel, it was nice stay and it is closed to the center of Vienna. I hope it will get better, when we decided to visit it again

Breakfast: Quit nice, the sausages were really good!!! But if you like coffee, this is not for you. I am a coffee person, and I really don’t like it, also there were not some alternative milk like soy or oat

Just an invisible small crack somewhere was opening and very little outside air was flowing in. Central aircon was ok, very quiet. Apart from that, all else was great. Staff were kind and attentive, breakfast was ok

Rooms are indeed clean and shiny, bed and pillows are comfortable, room lights are modifiable. The bathroom is reasonably stocked with amenities

Rooms are serviced daily by default, which I found not so necessary and on the second day of my stay I left the "do not disturb" sign

The environment is beautiful and highly recommended. The rooftop restaurant offers a stunning night view. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town, requiring about a 30-minute walk to get there.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. The shower is great but had a few issues trying to heat it up at first. Should make it clearer to guests that you have to fiddle with the settings first

Located not too far from city centre but its only 10 mins by bus to the city and the hotel provides every guests with free bus card for the whole stay, make it easy and convinient for us

It’s Ibis standard. Very well located, a lot of supermarkets around. The hop on hop off stops just in front of the building as well as the public transportation. MariaHilf strasse was just a block away. Excellent!

Great location near the main shopping street and close to underground stations. This seems to be recently refurbished with nice bar on the ground floor. But there was no fridge and safe box in the room

What a lovely hotel! We stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and spacious than I expected. Right next to the Wien main train station. Also, the tram stop is located really nearby, so easy to move to the city center
