The water pressure is very strong. There are a few problems: 1. The hotel address may be for people to walk to, and it is not possible to drive there. It is recommended that Ctrip add the address of the hotel, Naschmarkt No. 5, so that the car can reach it. 2. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it is better to have hot milk. 3. When checking in, you are required to pre-authorize 1 euro with your credit card. Although the money is immediately returned to the card when you check out, this method makes people uncomfortable. As we all know, credit card fraud is serious in Europe. Such pre-authorization makes customers very nervous. Next, I will worry about when it will be stolen. It is recommended to take other methods, such as cash deposit. 4. My room type requires 10 steps of stairs, which is really difficult for me who has a sprained waist and has to carry a 20-inch suitcase. But here I have to praise the hotel waiter. When I checked in, he helped my mother and I to send the luggage to the room, and also told us how to use various switches in the room. Thank you very much.

Great convenient location, close to all sightseeing area, very clean room. Highly recommend to stay in Vienna.

Hotel Ambassodor. Visited for a Christmas holidays. Excellent location, right in a center of pedestrian area in the center of old town. We had a suit on the sixth floor, under the roof with a view of St. Stefan. Two TVs, kitchen amenities, did not need to ask for a kettle. It was available along with coffee maker loaded with capsules. Excellent breakfast, Good service, clean suit. Quite satisfied.

+ Location is very good, service is good too. If u drive car to this hotel, the carpark is quite near the hotel, just take the lift and then you can see the hotel in front of you. It will be perfect if hotel provide more discount for parking overnight. Bathroom seems renew before, very good for us, especially for the water pressure. Air-conditioning is the best one in my whole trip in Austria. I will rate this hotel in full if they can provide free water for drink. Very good, all towels will be changed if we have used. They help to keep our bags with tag and we need to show the tag again when we get back our luggages. This is our first time in our Austria trip. In other hotel, they just let us place them in the lobby, and everyone can take them easily without any notice.
