We thoroughly enjoyed our most recent visit in March. Our previous visits were during the Summer Season so it was wonderful to enjoy a “Winter” experience. This hotel is first class in every aspect of its operation, from your initial welcome drink until you collect your picnic breakfast for the transfer to the airport. All the staff work consistently hard to ensure that the guests have a marvellous time. The quality and presentation of food is exceptional and, as ever, the restaurant is smoothly managed by a highly skilled maître d. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the Spa Area is blessed with wonderful facilities. A special mention for the extra effort by staff to ensure we had a memorable celebration on our wedding anniversary. We are already looking forward to our next trip there.

The nicest hotel we've stayed in Austria. The building was fantastic, with spacious, pristine rooms and great shower after a day of skiing! The wellness area has a superb pool which is beautifully lit and great for a relaxing swim. The food was amazing - plentiful breakfast - with so many options hot and cold and dinner even better, every night delicious. The staff all super professional and helpful. We were there on a last minute ski trip and the hotel had a spacious ski and boot room with personal lockers. It was a minute walk or less to the ski bus stop - they came every 15 minutes and it was only 2 stops to the gondola station and 1 stop on the way back... luxury! We can't wait to go back again someday!!

Stayed at Elisabeth Hotel for 5 nights for skiing trip. Amazing hotel and great value. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, food was amazing and fab spa which was great after a days skiing. Ski bus stop is right outside the hotel and takes a few minutes to the main Penken lift in Mayrhofen. It is only 5 minutes walk from the lift to the hotel anyway through the village. Would highly recommend.

From arrival to departure the Elizabeth Hotel, Myrhofen far exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities are home from home, with a relaxing ambiance, well trained staff who excel in hospitality with genuine warmth and quietly get everything achieved. The restaurant and staff are a cut above the rest and in my opinion, the presentation, variation, and quality is Michelin plate standard for each and every course. Front of house staff Alexander, Adrian, Sophia, Christina are amongst the very best I have experienced, and that includes my previous 6 ski holidays this year and 50 + years in the hospitality industry. The hotel spa, pool, saunas are spotless and offer guests a quiet oasis of comfort & calm. Julianna in the restaurant is to be commended for her efficient & vibrant personality. I cannot offer any suggestions for improvement. How good ? I’ve cancelled 2 pre booked ski holidays in 2027 and booked 2 separate weeks at the Elisabeth Hotel .

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel and can honestly say we are big fans. From the warm and attentive staff to the beautiful rooms and overall atmosphere, everything contributes to a truly relaxing and high-quality experience. The wellness area is a standout, with an excellent sauna and a fantastic Turkish steam bath.It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at the Elizabeth Hotel over Christmas and wow what an amazing experience! We stayed from the 20th to the 27th December. Everything about this Hotel was 5 Stars. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The food was outstanding and the staff were all charming and could not do enough for you. A very special mention to Balazs who was just amazing and consistently made us feel special! The highlight was Christmas Eve where we had an itinerary including a Christmas walk around the town, Christmas carols around the tree and a gala dinner. The whole day will always be a cherished memory. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay and Christmas one we will always remember!

Just back in the UK after a group of us enjoyed our 10th annual visit to this hotel. We wouldn’t contemplate staying anywhere else in Mayrhofen. Everything about it is fantastic; rooms, food, wine, spa and service.

Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. Smart but very chilled vibe. Spa excellent. Our room was absolutely amazing and so I was surprise that the room did not have tea and coffee making facilities or a minibar. With the room spec being so high I think you need to follow it through with the usual facilities. Despite this I would still rate this hotel as 5*. For a hotel in a ski resort it offers style and comfort that you rarely find. Ski bus stop outside the door and train/bus station about 200m away so easy to get to all of the slopes in the valley.

we have spent the most amazing week at the Elisabeth hotel. This hotel is run by experts ideal for couples who come to relax and enjoy. The cleanliness the rooms , the spa and the dining room under the supervision of Julianna were all impecable waiting for next year come back.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Food was always a very high standard, and a lovely touch having afternoon tea to come back to after a days skiing. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious - plenty of storage. Well set out boot room for skis too, each room having their own lockable heated locker.
