Gut Stiluppe - 4 Sterne Superior Good Life Hotel in Mayrhofen

First time taking our three kids to Austria, and we were blown away by the quality and service at Gut Stillupe. The staff are welcoming and helpful, everything has excellent attention to detail, the food and cocktails are excellent. The indoor and outdoor pools, the spa and sauna are incredible. It's a great place for a family, or a romantic getaway. Will absolutely come and stay again, so many incredible memories made here. I've already been recommending to my friends.

Excellent Stay in Mayrhofen – Highly Recommended!
I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re planning a trip to the Zillertal valley, this is a perfect choice.
Location & Logistics
The hotel is perfectly situated on the main road leading directly to the center of Mayrhofen.
• Parking: Free parking is provided for guests, which is a huge plus.
• Ski Bus: There is a ski bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, making it very easy to get to the lifts.
• Ski Facilities: The ski room is excellent—highly organized and secure (accessed via your room card). It includes heated racks for boots and gloves, which made a world of difference every morning.
The Room
Our room was wonderful and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle with tea and coffee. The highlight was the large balcony, which offered breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley.
Wellness & Spa
The spa area is massive! It features various pools, saunas, and a large pressurized jacuzzi.
• Note: The outdoor heated pool was closed during our stay, which was perfectly understandable given the -17°C nighttime temperatures.
• Tip: The jacuzzi was great, though a slightly higher water temperature would have made it perfect.
• Sauna Culture: There is an adults-only sauna area. As per local culture, this is a textile-free (nude) zone, which is important to know if you aren't familiar with the regional traditions.
Service & Dining
The service here is top-notch. Both the reception staff and the waitstaff were incredibly professional, always smiling and eager to help.
• Breakfast: The breakfast spread is high-quality, with a great selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and breads. You can also order fresh eggs and other items directly from the waiter at no extra cost.
• Personal Touch: I was particularly impressed by the waiters at breakfast; they were so attentive that they remembered exactly how we liked our coffee and our usual orders.
Value for Money
What surprised us most was the price. Compared to other hotels in the valley, this hotel offers incredible value for money without compromising on quality or service.
Bottom line: We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will definitely be back!

The gut Stiluppe stuff, is amazing, always helpful, smiling, with very high attention for the service and the good well-being of the guests.
We were in two rooms one suite one with balcony, both were amazing, clean.
The pool indoor and out door were warm.
The spa is clean and even the stuff serves from the bar to the pool area.

And again thank you to all hope to visit again as soon as possible 😁🥰😇

We had such a great experience at this hotel this past week. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, the meals were fantastic, the property is beautiful, and if you’re traveling with kids, I couldn’t think of a better place to stay. I hope we’re fortunate enough to come back soon! Thank you all!

Amazing experience, we took the suite the design is super convenient and the area is fully equipped with the relevant extras.
The breakfast is good and the attitude of guests knows their place in the sitting area is great. Facilities are reach, spa is great but felt a bit isolated and a bit far when switching between spa and jacuzzi.

But the most important - The service definitely makes a difference, the workers always helped and smile.

The only disadvantage I found is the distance from the main street for the evenings, but quiet is guaranteed (especially with kids)

Very friendly staff. Nice heated outdoor pool and great breakfast.

He cooks very well and hearty. The service is European international, you can speak many languages.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean, the food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly. The location is great. And that's all you need. So happy again 👍

We ended at Gut Stiluppe by chance and let me tell you it has been one of the best experiences we've ever had! The staff was superb and very helpful, food was delicious and the room was just on point. We also visited the pool and sauna area and it looked like a 5 star spa. We really had a great time at Gut Stiluppe and we are planning to go back.
