A small cosy hotel is situated in a quiet location near the nature reserve Chainguard, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Mayrhofen. It offers a Spa and modern rooms. The ski bus to the Penkenbahn cable car and ahornbahn stops right outside the hotel. A good choice for a busy winter holidays.

I have to be honest and say that overall it’s a good Hotel- location is great, room is big and comfortable(although old and decorated in 1950), Breakfast is decent, Even the spa is nice- really can’t complain, as everything is super Average.
but.. and there is a big but.. Personally I think We never felt so unwelcomed when we traveled like we felt in Pramstraller- that’s the truth.
We wont come back- sorry.
Their moto sholud be- “don’t ask for anything and don’t bother the team with anything , we don’t care about your stay” .

We had one thing to ask prior to our arrival (3 month before arrival)- to make sure our 3 rooms are close to each other, of course we received rooms in different floors because they just dont care about guests and their requests .

When we asked for late checkout of 2 hours in one of our 3 rooms so we can have a shower after half ski day-they almost laughed in our face, they won’t even consider request like this.

* We thank you for the flexibility of the kitchen to our requests. * You need to clean the ice in the area of the bus station in front of the hotel. it is very dangerus.
* We thank you for the assistance in finding the owner of the skis we took by mistake.

Wonderful Family-run hotel! We loved our stay at Hotel Pramstraller over Christmas. The service was very warm & friendly, rooms were very clean & comfortable and the sauna facilities were brilliant. Excellent location too, being an easy walk less then 10mins from the train station and the free ski bus (line A) is right outside the hotel, taking you to Penken and Ahorn lifts in less than 5mins. Really enjoyed the restaurant too! Looking forward to staying again in the future at this exceptional Hotel!

* The food and service were great. Nice to have the same table every meal.
* A personal atmosphere, the family made us feel very welcome.

* Excellent location. Close to the train station, but still calm. Convenient with parking included.

We had an absolutely pleasant stay! The hotel is run by a lovely family who helped us with many things during the stay. They were extremely kind and caring (helped us when my husband hurt his knee, when we had trouble with lost skis etc.) The hotel is beautiful, clean, with great care for all the small details. Breakfast was great, beautiful spa area with many different facilities, rooms are spacious, new, clean, with all the needed amenities. The hotel is in a quiet location but 5 minutes from the Main Street. We will definitely come again on our next stay!

I recently stayed at the Pramstraller Hotel in a beautiful ski resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The restaurant at the hotel was also top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with plenty of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Overall, I would highly recommend the Pramstraller Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in a ski resort. The staff, amenities, and location are all excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Had a meal here. Staff not overly friendly, seemed too busy. They use an electronic ordering system meaning I couldn't cancel a drink even though it was within seconds of ordering it. However food was very good and atmosphere pleasant.

A fantastic hotel, had a fab stay. The food was lovely, a different vegetarian option every evening. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially our waiter Peter. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in Jan/Feb, would definitely recommend the restaurant. Amazing food can’t recommend enough but make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
