Stayed here with 5 friends for a ski trip in late January. From the beginning to the end it was a wonderful stay! The hotel is immaculately clean with very homely decor and the rooms were spotless. The owner Nina is incredibly helpful, she will assist with any of your needs to a high standard. The breakfast offering was great with enough to keep you sustained for a morning of skiing The location is great also, only a 5 minute walk to the gondola and the hotel is a very pretty part of the village I highly recommend a stay here!

Hotel Grani Ferienhof is an great hotel, with very friendly and lovely staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is well located to get to the lifts to go skiing or into town for the bars and restaurants. Would recommend and definitely go back.

Our January week at Hotel Garni Ferienhof was, quite simply, perfection. A massive thank you to the owners, Nina and Goran, whose incredible friendliness and personal touch make this place feel like a home away from home. Their attentiveness and service are truly world-class—they genuinely care about every guest's experience. A few highlights that made our large group stay unforgettable: • Incredible Dining: The food was nothing short of spectacular. Breakfast, cafe lichen and dinner was a culinary highlight—consistently delicious and beautifully presented! • The Wellness Oasis: After a full day on the slopes, the post-ski saunas and steam rooms were an absolute godsend. The facilities are pristine and the perfect way to recharge. • Warm Hospitality: Nina and Goran have created such a welcoming atmosphere that it’s hard to leave! If you’re heading to Mayrhofen, do yourself a favor and stay here. We’re already counting down the days until we can return again!

I brought a large group of colleagues for 2 weeks. The hotel was amazing. Nina and Goran were fantastic hosts. They were helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble; they speak perfect English and are just lovely people. This is a family run hotel and it really shows. The rooms are cleaned daily and made to look nice for when you get back from a days skiing. The breakfast is a mix of hot and cold and you can take as much as you like. For skiing you are a 5 min walk to the PENKEN lift and train station both or which give you access to the whole Zillertal Valley by a very impressive transport system (free with your ski pass). I will definitely be coming back next year.

Spent 2 weeks here over Christmas and New Years, Nina, Goran and the team go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as it can be. Every interaction is cheerful from breakfast and housekeeping to reception and the bar. There is a reason this hotel is rebooked year after year by regulars. If you can book a space, Take it!

Excellent hotel that appeared to be runned by the owner's family. We were really well received and welcomed by the owner. The room was great eventough the bed was only 1,40mx2m which is a bit small. We had a balcony. Breakfast was excellent and the products were local. We came by train to Mayrhofen rail station that is around 15min by foot to the hotel. There were also taxis available at the train station but we decided to walk.

Wouldn’t know where to start with reviewing. Totally fantastic hotel in every way. Rustic charm and authentic alpine experience. The owners of the hotel, Nina and her family make you feel like you are staying with family, they can’t do enough for their guests, always with a smile. Breakfast was superb and cozy bar to sit in at night for a drink and to relax or alternatively there is a lovely outdoor seating area with a view of the mountains to unwind. Rooms have a small balcony to sit on to take in the views and the beautiful bird sounds. Comfortable beds for a great nights sleep and rooms clean and well-maintained. Would highly recommend. Thank you Nina and the entire team for the most wonderful hospitality, we will be back.

Came here for 5 nights with my husband and 13 year old son. Amazing family run hotel . We stayed in room 201 which was extremely spacious and immaculate . Beds super comfy . Room cleaned every day , fresh towels and bedding . Shower lovely and hot. Lovely balcony with stunning views. Breakfast was great to prepare for a day on the slopes. Fresh fruits, cheese, yoghurts. Eggs and breads. Great coffee!!! Fabulous friendly staff , always happy help and wishing you a great day. Thank you so much and see you next year!

Beautiful hotel, brilliant breakfast, family ran business with excellent hospitality. Rooms are tidy and comfortable with a surreal view of mountains. Will definitely be coming back. A holiday to remember. Perfect for family ski holidaymakers or friends.
