Just spent some time at Golden Coast Baku and honestly, it was a great find. If you’re looking for a solid 4-star vibe, this is it. ​The location is awesome—right by the water. Waking up to that view of the Caspian Sea and the Flame Towers never gets old. It’s a bit more chill than being right in the middle of the noisy city center, which I actually preferred. ​The rooms? Massive. Seriously, there’s so much space to actually move around and breathe, which you don’t always get in city hotels. Super comfortable and great for just crashing after a long day of exploring. ​The food situation was also on point. Good variety at breakfast and plenty of options, so you won't go hungry. ​A big shoutout to the staff too. They were super friendly and actually cared about helping out, which made the whole stay feel way more welcoming. ​Definitely a 'thumbs up' from me

Don't stay at this hotel, it's a rip-off. Early check-in costs an extra $40, and bringing underage children costs an extra $25. The room rate is 520 yuan.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff who will always help. The pool and sauna are also good. The breakfast is not rich, but there is everything you need. It is not far to the center along the embankment. Flag Square and Crystal Hall are nearby. I would stay here again.

The only plus is the location near the center, the rest is bad. The hotel is no longer up to 5 stars, everything is old, the breakfast is terrible, the plumbing is in terrible condition. The air conditioner is noisy in the room, it is impossible to sleep

This hotel provides excellent sea view as well as views across the city - especially the Flame Towers. The building is a little tired and could use some refurbishment in some areas. The gym is well equipped and the pool is good. The staff are excellent, especially the receptionist, Nasrin, who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The hotel is not new, the furniture needs to be replaced. There is a nice pool, Finnish and Turkish baths, gym included in the price. Towels - 5 PCs set for 2 people. Breakfast odnosnie, save the cook, who will prepare your order for an omelet with different fillings or scrambled eggs. Plus there was a good selection of fresh fruit and honey comb. The overall impression is that the price for accommodation too high.The hotel is declared as 5 stars in fact 3+.
