We had a wonderful experience at Salam Baku hotel. pocket friendly and staffs were all great and very accommodating especially Murat and Ruslan. perfect location and accessible to restaurants, shops and parks!☺️

Breakfast is okay too and the price is very reasonable. It’s also a perfect location as it is in the center of Old Baku City. No one asks us to give nice review, this review is based on what we experienced

Breakfast, personally I love their breakfast. Variety wise is ok, but all of them taste good. So, I strongly recommended for those travelers who's looking for hotel to explore the city

Oh, if you are light-sleep person, don't choose here. as it located in the tourist loud area. Whole night, noise pollution happened here. Even 3-4am police car still open silen and beep the horn

If you look for hotel with best location, I recommended here. As it's located in the heart of Nizami street. I don't expect much for 2-3 stars hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly

Also, the hotel name is Center city hotel where as in the agoda, they posted it as a Center Hotel , baku, which, when the search on Google Maps, doesn't show

We didn't opt for their breakfast as found it is expensive compared to several restaurant available nearby, which offer better value for money with various option for vegetarian

Also Agoda doesn't provide hotel contact details so it took 1 hour to find the location of the hotel. We took deluxe room & it has one queen-size double bed & two single beds

It is on Nizam Street, the main tourist attraction to enjoy night life, but as it is inside Nizami Street, so taxi can't drop you there and you need to carry your belongings

So if only a couple is there, then one can gp foe their stranded double room instead of the Deluxe room

Nice small Boutique hotel with basic faculty but neat & clean one

The breakfasts are good, and the staff is super friendly: the waiters, the receptionists, even the security guards! The room is clean, the linens and towels are changed regularly, and the cleaning is thorough and timely

This hotel is excellent! The location is perfect – the Old Town is right next door, there's a lively promenade nearby with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the embankment

It would have been even better if there was a chair! The view from the second-floor restaurant is also beautiful! Some guests were enjoying coffee on park benches – very relaxing! The ambiance is absolutely first-class! Samira, the housekeeping lady on the fourth floor, was absolutely wonderful! She gave us four swans during our stay! She was always smiling, making our stay very enjoyable! Seeing...

The hotel's location is superb! The restaurant on the second floor opens directly onto a park, offering direct access to the old town! The park is beautiful, and you can visit the ruins of the ancient bathhouse! Room 414 had its own small balcony with stunning views of the park below

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The location is excellent; our room (No. 217) had a direct view of the Old Town, and all the main attractions were within easy walking distance. The metro station was also close by

Book it, you won't regret it! Cleanliness, location, services, and price – all great. The location is close to the Old City and very well-organized. The only thing far from the hotel (15 minutes) is the new area.

The location of the hotel is divine - right in the Old City. Even if the hotel had some shortcomings, the location factor would completely cover them

A small minus was not always a large selection of dishes for breakfast - but again, this is not a huge disadvantage. We were absolutely delighted with our stay!

Great location, the staff tries hard. Not bad breakfasts, you won't go hungry. Cons: not comfortable mattress, old rooms, 3-star cleaning, no sockets by the bed, but all this is compensated by the great location)

My wife and I are very grateful to the hotel staff for their responsiveness and help. Quickly fix small issues if something is wrong. Otherwise, a great hotel, reasonable prices, city center, everything is at hand.

Meanwhile, I absolutely loved the city views from my apartment! I could see most of Baku’s city center and the seaside area; the views were fantastic and very enjoyable both during the day and at night

If your goal is to find a low-budget, centrally located place in Baku that is in good condition, this apartment-hotel is a great option, especially if you’re traveling with family

It was really very nice stay with them. It’s near by Metro, Airport Shuttle Bus Service and Nizami Street. Next to supermarket, coffee shop and Restaurant was also near by. Masjid was also on walking distance

Very enjoyable stay Hotel was spot on! Very clean large rooms. Everything you need. Amazing view and not a too long of a walk down hill to the centre. Taxi also available for pennies

Perfect for families We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying

Finally we had a very early departing flight so asked if they could arrange a taxi that accepted cards (as all of the actual taxi services do) since we didn't want to depend on bolt that early and had used all of our local currency and didn't want to get another withdrawal fee

Had to ask for toilet paper and water at the desk several times. Also asked for towels but those were never replaced over the 5 days. Also the room was overall comfy and clean but the shower had lots of black mold

Amazing hotel. Perfect place if you want to experience old Baku vibes. Very close to all the main tourist attractions. The decoration of the rooms will take you to the 19th century.

The building is a standalone structure in the old street, making it very convenient for shopping. The neighborhood is quiet at night, making it a comfortable place to sleep

The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors, but we were alone in the hotel most of the time, and it wasn't a problem. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that

Hair was left on the shower wall from the last few travelers, and the bathroom smelled terribly every night, and even had a woodlouse crawling out once

The room wasn't cleaned even once, even when there was a sign posted. They also didn't bring water; we had to ask for it ourselves at reception

It’s not a buffet, rather you tell the reception 10 minutes score you’re ready for breakfast and they prepare a massive spread for you with cheeses, jams, eggs, vegetables, fruits, sausages (halal naturally in Azerbaijan) and biscuits

Great hotel in the center of the Baku Old City. Azar was a great and attentive host. The breakfasts were excellent. There was a kettle, fridge, safe and AC. Only drawback for some people is that there is no elevator

We had an unfortunate incident with one of the ATMs not returning my bank card after we attempted to withdraw cash and they assisted with calling the bank and giving us daily updates on their comms with the Bank to make sure we got the card back before leaving Baku

The receptionist Javid was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions, for example about carpet purchase and also using the old City Hammam. He very kindly allowed me a late checkout on my last day
