Very polite ,cool, easy environment. Rooms are well furnished and cleanest. Washrooms are also the cleanest. The management is very cooperative. No hustle bustle in the hotel. Have lived here peacefully :)

I advise you to settle only in rooms on the 4th floor with a sea view. Minus big, smoking in all rooms. and the smell of cigarettes makes itself felt. In some rooms, you may stumble upon mold

This is not a full scale hotel. Its an apartment converted into a hotel. We had booked Room 8 which came with a sit out. Views are magnificent! Room size is big and bathroom is huge

I've been visiting Baku for the first time and with Baku Sea View Hotel I couldn't have chosen a better base to start and end our everyday's adventures. It is a nice place uphill with the most amazing view over the city

A good hotel and a very excellent location. You don't need a taxi to get to Nizami Street or to the sea. They are all very close. You can walk and enjoy the places. I thank Fouad for his kind reception to us.

The room is clean, the waiters are friendly, and it's very close to the beach. You can see the pier in five minutes by walking downstairs. The buildings and girls are very beautiful, and they all suit my aesthetic taste.

That hotel was surprisingly good, is the first time who I stayed in 3 stars hotel and everything was great. Clean a really big double bed, shower, refrigerator, tv, wifi, tea and coffee

I stayed here twice on my trip to Azerbaijan. The hotel is 5 mins from Fountain square, 10 mins from old town and Sea boulevard. Rooms are clean, good size, modern with ac, fridge, tv etc

Both mine faced the rear of the building so no road noise. Staff were friendly but spoke little English. Breakfast was buffet style and one of the best I had in Azerbaïdjan

I paid 72 manat which is about £30 which I felt was a fair price. Would definitely return if ever in Baku again

I feel happy I found good cheap guest house in city Everything near available WiFi on 2 floor not good but working. Yes it's noisy place due to main road traffic, feel difficulties when you feel tired or want sleep

Good price for a perfect location. The staff is friendly and helpful although their English is not good. Don't expect too much of the standard rooms, they are clean but small and a bit worn out

The rooms are noisy: we were unlucky with the snoring guest in the room next to ours and the loud television of the night receptionist. The beds are not comfortable, having a thin mattress

nice behave staff and good atmosphere. but more than anything I like the scenery you have out of your trace and windows. spectacular Caspian sea and the hills of the city are good vision for an evening
