High quality service, comfortable rooms and excellent location.
A friend and I went to Baku for a visit and stayed at the Zam-Zam Hotel, on his recommendation. We booked two rooms: one with a sea view and one standard
A room on the 3rd floor overlooking a wall is a good option for those who don't care about the view, as it's half the price of a similar room with a sea view. It felt like a standard three-star hotel with larger rooms
The first, on the 5th floor, actually had a full sea view, despite the hotel not being on the beachfront and facing another hotel, the Riviera
The hotel was almost ideally located for us - not too far from the center, and the area around the hotel is quiet. If you don't want to walk, a Bolt taxi to your destination costs 3
Breakfasts are "set" - a tray with a standard selection, and you can separately choose a hot dish: omelets, eggs, porridge. You pour your own tea and/or instant coffee. I missed real brewed coffee; I don't like instant

Clean and neat hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Plus a great location to explore Baku (it's located near the cosy Fountain Square). In addition the hotel is quite cheap. Much value for money!
Excellent place to stay for the money... good location. Would recommend to anyone. Staff is wonderful!
Small hotel but nice for visiters whom going to stay for short periods of time, staff are so friendly
Great location with great staff! The staff helped us a lot with all of our requests and were very nice. Special thanks to Akbar Hasanov! Located in a beautiful street, right in the centre of Baku.
The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and the city center. I highly recommend letting them arrange your airport pickup, as taxi fares at the airport can be double the price
Our accommodation is 2 minutes walking distance to the center, the location is perfect. The staff is helpful, thank you.🇹🇷🇦🇿
The hotel staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. I would especially like to recognize Zarifa, Murad, and Akbar (the manager)
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness deserves special mention – the hotel is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout the stay. The service level is outstanding
They are truly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. These employees absolutely deserve special recognition for their excellent service

Super centrally located, clean, and unbeatable value for money. Definitely a recommendation if you're in Baku.
Despite the shortcomings, the staff were wonderful. Heartfelt service truly makes a difference. The female chef was exceptionally kind, and the receptionist spoke excellent English and promptly met my requests
Another drawback was the three-pin power sockets, which meant I couldn't charge my phone. However, the location on Nizami Street is very strategic. Breakfast was offered, with a good variety of tasty options
However, one thing to note is that basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, it’s a good hotel considering the price and location
My main issue was with the air conditioning; it was too cold and couldn't be adjusted to warm the room, so I was cold all night. The blanket was very thin, just a single sheet
I had a pleasant stay at Azcot Hotel in Baku. The location is excellent, right near Nizami Street, making it very convenient for shopping, food, and walking around the city
Although the rooms are clean and tidy but since the buildings are old, you shouldn't expect everything to be brand new. There was 24/7 hot water, the main door is open 24/7, the breakfast is decent
A very nice hotel, especially the staff. The young man at reception was wonderful and helpful. He helped us out, and we're very grateful. The room was nice, and the location was fantastic
The metro station is within a 10-minute walk through the Old Town, making it easy to get around. You can also walk to the Highland Park and the waterfront promenade for nighttime views
The two young men at the front desk were very welcoming, helping us with our luggage and arranging a ride-hailing service to the Sherkee bus center. The breakfast included enough fruits and vegetables for the day
Kamran, the manager, even helped me with my suitcase (walked me to the metro). Chef Roksara makes delicious kutabs herself, and the quince, apricot, and pear jams are simply excellent
Hello
Both the reception staff and the breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive.
The hotel is located in the Old City, so it's very close to everything. We recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located, less than 500 meters from the Caspian Sea and less than 800 meters from the Maiden Tower, which borders Baku's Old Town. 6 kilometers away, and the Heydar Aliyev Art Center is 4
We stayed for one night (we were passing through Baku). It was fairly clean. There was hot water. The shower leaked under the door (the bathroom floor got wet). But for one night, it wasn't a big deal.
Great location, right in the middle of the tourist area. Walkable distance to the promenade.
The room was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was excellent.
Locals and guests from other countries can check in earlier. Although his attitude improved after the argument, maybe he was afraid that I would give a bad review, but I still wrote it down realistically
This was the first time in more than ten years of travel that I encountered a situation where you cannot sit in the public area at the front desk for more than 30 minutes before checking in
We stayed at Sunday Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job during our stay.
The staff are friendly, always with a smile, help with any questions. Breakfast is delicious, there's plenty to choose from. The perfect option if you want to live in the centre and experience the atmosphere of the
The most important part is the hotel is located perfectly. Its nearly old Baku and other activities/ visiting places. Next to hotel you can go for a walk in the park which has 24/7 camera surveillance
The rooms are not too big but very clean, the bed comfortabel and everything from the tv to the airconditioner is working! Once you close the windows you will not hear any noise from outside
One of the best hotels in Baku, stayed there for 5 nights, the Staff were the best amazing point on this hotel, Manager Mr. Yuksel they are very helpful and keen
Reliable accommodation with pleasing hospitality. Clean rooms, hot water facilities. Situated in the Inner city is an added advantage..
The hotel is cozy with only 15 rooms, if it is important for you, then there is no elevator - there is a spiral staircase, it is for the best, Baku has very tasty baklava))) Breakfast on the 5th floor - with windows overlooking the old city and the Caspian Sea
The reception is staffed by wonderful hospitable people, Yagiana is the soul of the hotel, she is caring, emotional, will always answer a million questions, will advise where to go to the sea, where the most delicious baklava is, as if she came to visit her, she speaks Russian wonderfully
If you have a lot of luggage, it will be difficult to drag it along the cobbled pavement of the old city up the hill. In the photo, the views during breakfast. I fell in love with Baku, which I wish for you too )
The location is the best you can imagine (it is located in the oldest city and not far from the metro and the embankment, the Carpet Museum is 15-20 minutes on foot)
Breakfast is prepared personally for you: scrambled eggs, sausage, salted cheese and for spreading, vegetables - I love breakfast so much, so for me it was perfect, oh yes, I forgot about the delicious butter and bread (I don't eat bread, but here I ate 4 pieces every day)
And the best person in the hotel is the administrator Yagiana ❤️ we loved her with all our hearts) she will always help and advise...
The hotel is located in the old city and I walked to all the excursions in a couple of minutes, because Old City Inn is a couple of minutes from the gates of the old city, and usually there meet tourists with excursion groups

clean and tidy
Its price is a little expensive because its place is a little far from the center next to a restaurant
The air conditioning is a little weak
Suitable for young people
I would like to thank all of the My Music hotel staff. During my stay they did their best . Everything was good and rooms were very clean.

GREAT hotel exactly on Nizami Street , Big and clean rooms. Stuff is amazing, and cooperative. Hotel have fourteen rooms and all rooms are great. Also have balcony rooms and fsmily rooms
Housekeeping was just strange, even after explaining thoroughly that we wanted the room to be cleaned while we were out, they didn't do it, only to let us know upon our return that we had the set of keys and they didn't have a spare one to open our room
Since it was a budget hotel can't say much else but only saving grace was it's amazing location (right at the entrance to famous Nizami street) where there was a night market and all kinds of shops/outlets to meet a travellers requirements
Arrived around 2am and had to pull my luggage up the stairs in a very old and empty/dusty property. The bathroom toilet was dirty and leaking. Anyways managed to spend the night as it was quite late
The rationale they gave us was that they had overbooked and given our booked room (with balcony) to another family, although I had booked 3 weeks prior to traveling
Next day complained to staff so they finally agreed to put us in the property we had originally booked through *********** (Nizami Hotel)
Staff said this is city issue, not the hotel but probably avoid taking shower during these timing… We stayed at room 205 so wifi is very weak
It’s so centrally located that you always get a taxi Uber bolt within a minute
Very good location, lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Staffs are nice and supportive
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and here's a very honest review about this place : staff make your stay amazing. The lovely lady Jeyran always welcomes you with a warm smile and makes you a nice cup of tea
In sum, you might be disappointed by cigarette smell in the room or poor breakfast, but the staff is wonderful and accommodating. Plus, nice location and good value for $
Got a complementary bottle of Azeri wine for 8th of March from the staff, which was also pleasant

Don't expect an electric kettle from them, they do have em but you have a make a special request to get one and for me I had to have them chance 3 different kettles and none of them worked
I’ve stayed for 4D3N and stay was wonderful. Clean Room, Spacious room, Staff was very cooperative, breakfast was also nice continental. They have a nice Lobby/reception
Easy access to town (10min ride from old city), Also bus stop and taxi is easily availablee and it’s really worth money you sped. Should recommend for budget travelers
A very good hotel. Place is amazing and on a good location too. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Service is also very good. Building design is also good.
Had breakfast everyday on my stay. It's nothing special but good enough to give a good start for the day. Rooms are really good for a 3 star rated hotel
Everyone from the room service to the security guards understand the importance of being nice and friendly and these things make you feel at home

My sisters and I stayed at Hotel Nemi in July 2025 and had a lovely experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Nizami Street
While breakfast options were limited, Chef Aleeda’s warmth and attentiveness made mornings special. She remembered guests’ preferences and served them personally. Overall, a great experience—I’d gladly stay here again
My sisters and I had a pleasant stay at Nemi Hotel (12–21 July 2025). The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous. The location is excellent—just minutes from Nizami Street
This is a hotel located at the best place. In a quite corner this hotel is near Nizami street, old city, palace of sharvanshas, fountain square, Ichery shehel and al kinds of restaurants & bar
While the breakfast spread was small, Chef Aleeda made it feel special. She was incredibly attentive, remembering guests’ preferences and personally serving them at their tables
Good location and convenient with easy access to main attractions.
The hotel has thought of every detail for your comfort. The hotel is located in the city center. Cleaning is done every day.Thank you for everything.
The hotel is conveniently located near all the sights and attractions in the city center. It's warm, the linens are clean, and breakfast is included. The staff is helpful with all questions
Arshad
Very nice good and cooperative young smart fantastic boy. He knows his job very well and helped us at every step , as a result our dealing with HAZZ Hotel became easy and comfortable
Mr Arshad was a very nice person and he speaks good English language . He was really helpful and cooperative had a sound knowledge of different aspects of hotel business
For tours, try to contact Arshad directly instead of approaching agents outside, as their rates are much higher compared to Hazz. Definitely drop in here anytime and enjoy a comfortable stay
The staff were extremely friendly, especially Arshad and Ramin. The room was clean, and there was no noise from outside. The hotel is very close to Nizami Street (within walking distance)

Located at the end of Nizami street, a small, comfortable, neat and clean hotel at very reasonable and affordable room rents. Staff is very corteous and friendly
We stayed 6 nights, great location, good breakfast.
Very close to nizami street and quiet rooms.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful, clean, large rooms! Stayed here for a few times and always wish to come back again. It is a very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is very good and location is just about 5 minutes drive from downtown
The food variety and quality was great. Rooms were clean and tidy and the room service was okay. We also enjoyed using the gym and the pool
Lived on the 5th floor. Very spacious, comfortable room, large bathroom. Excellent internet. The hotels have a sauna and swimming pool.
This hotel and Baku in general left a very lovely and lingering impression on us. I recommend Qafqaz Point to everyone
The area is quiet and safe too. Nice place to stay with families
Staff are kind and accepted late check out. Location is not the best, but you can find Bolt taxi easily and go anywhere in Baku with 1. The hotel is a famous destination for Arabs

The meals were not tasty at all, breakfast was awful; rooms even Deluxe category were not clean; very noisy, impossible to have rest
It was a wonderful stay in fact value for money. Neat and clean with spacious rooms open view and clean washrooms with hot water and toiletries
Hospitality is phenomenal especially Mr Shaheryar was readily available at the reception to help u out for day trips, advice and guidance related to travel and exchange of money etc
A wonderful and clean hotel with a reasonable price. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and very helpful.
A great Indian restaurant. Usually not many people and the price tag is good.

It was very quiet, I didn't feel disturbed at all. The staff were helpful. It's within walking distance of the city center.
This is a good, very clean and friendly hotel. The price is budget but the product is much better. You get a good room with all facilities, a filling breakfast and it is close to
The centre and the Old City.
This well priced, conveniently located hotel has wonderfully helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The omelettes deserve a special mention.
Baku, Azadliq Avenue, 16/21 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's very close to May28 and there's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, so it's cheap and good considering the location.
The staff are polite and kind.
However, the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak.
The only major drawback is the breakfast. I'm not very picky about hotel food, but it was terrible. The sausages and cold meats with cheese tasted like paper, and the vegetables were tasteless
Instead of coffee (at least instant), the options for two days included 3-in-1 tea bags, and only bergamot tea. There was a large lump in the cottage cheese, and when I tried to break it apart, it contained mold
The room includes slippers and robes, shampoo and shower gel, a kettle, and bottles of water. The curtains and net curtains didn't close properly and were partially torn from the curtain rod
A small cosmetic renovation in the bathroom would add a touch of polish (the unsightly peeling edges of the baseboards really spoil the look). The mattress and bed linens are comfortable
The location is very convenient, close to the airport express train, a mall, and the waterfront and old town. The hotel is in a courtyard, so it's quiet at night
I recently stayed in Royal Meridien Hotel.have good experience.room was very clean and specious near to city center.in front of hotel have very beautiful park.heighly recommend
We stayed with our 18 month old for two nights on a business trip. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom with heated floor and bedroom with good AC. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Recommend!
The hotel staff is very co-operative especially waleejah is nice lady she is very responsible and ask welcome to everybody in good smile. I highly recommend this hotel please come and stay here just like home
It is a beautiful and quiet hotel Throughout my stay I experienced excellent service quick response times and a pleasant environment I would especially like to thank the hotel manager Mr
Sohail Waris and the front desk staff member Mr. Togrul for their outstanding hospitality. My sincere thanks to them and to all the staff at the hotel
