I'm writing an honest review. The best hotel in Baku. Maximum hospitality. A beautiful new hotel, the rooms are top-notch, right down to the air conditioning. A wonderful breakfast. I recommend it 100%. The train station is nearby, and you can get to it from the airport 24/7 by bus for 1.30 manat.

Stayed at this elmira hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for getting around. It was a wonderful stay in fact value for money. Neat and clean with spacious rooms open view and clean washrooms with hot water and toiletries. This is perfect for a budget 3 star hotel. The location of the hotel is great as it's convenient to get around to local shops or the Baku boulevard.
