With the price. It's very good cheap and confer table place, almost center of city. Staff very coperative and room clean every day. I feel happy I found good cheap guest house in city
Everything near available
WiFi on 2 floor not good but working.
Yes it's noisy place due to main road traffic, feel difficulties when you feel tired or want sleep.
Basic budget room. Small communal kitchen for self catering. Centrally situated near malls bus station,

Nice small Boutique hotel with basic faculty but neat & clean one. It is on Nizam Street, the main tourist attraction to enjoy night life, but as it is inside Nizami Street, so taxi can't drop you there and you need to carry your belongings. Also, the hotel name is Center city hotel where as in the agoda, they posted it as a Center Hotel , baku, which, when the search on Google Maps, doesn't show....
This hotel is excellent! The location is perfect – the Old Town is right next door, there's a lively promenade nearby with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the embankment. The breakfasts are good, with lots of vegetables and fruits. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, and there's an iron in the room. However, there are a couple of downsides: the bedding has a...
Overall, I really liked the hotel. The location is excellent; our room (No. 217) had a direct view of the Old Town, and all the main attractions were within easy walking distance. The metro station was also close by. The rooms were well-equipped, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, and there were no issues with Russian speakers.
The only real downside was the old stains on the upholstered...
A fantastic hotel, with the most polite and friendly staff, and an ideal location, with direct access to the old town from the second floor and the picturesque waterfront from the first.
The location to all attractions is excellent, everything is within walking distance, and there are an incredible number of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied, with plenty...
Book it, you won't regret it!
Cleanliness, location, services, and price – all great.
The location is close to the Old City and very well-organized.
The only thing far from the hotel (15 minutes) is the new area.
A very satisfying and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location is superb! The restaurant on the second floor opens directly onto a park, offering direct access to the old town! The park is beautiful, and you can visit the ruins of the ancient bathhouse! Room 414 had its own small balcony with stunning views of the park below. Most importantly, smoking is allowed outdoors! The hotel thoughtfully provided...
We stayed at the hotel for the weekend and it was amazing, from the inviting lobby to the spacious and comfortable rooms. The level of service from the hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety and good flavors .we enjoyed it

A wonderful, cozy, and stylish boutique hotel right in the heart of Baku. I spent a long time choosing where to stay, and this one caught my eye due to its design and location. My expectations were 100% met. The breakfasts are delicious; although the selection isn't huge, you definitely won't leave hungry. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, but there was always space. On the first day...
A great stay! The hotel's location is fantastic, right on Baku's main thoroughfare, the Seaside Boulevard, with plenty of shops, banks, and restaurants nearby. You can cross the street and walk along the Caspian Sea, and it's close to many of the city's attractions. The hotel is also right next to Baku's Old City, which offers a completely different scenic experience. The service was excellent; though...
The hotel is beautiful with a lovely design, spotlessly clean rooms, good plumbing, immaculate bed linen, and comfortable pillows and mattress. Its location is excellent – close to the Old City, streets with restaurants and cafes, the promenade, the Carpet Museum, and a shopping mall. My windows faced a quiet street. The breakfasts are good, always featuring honeycomb and berry jam – my favorite! Hot...
A very chic boutique hotel! Excellent service and room cleaning. Good breakfast. And it's conveniently located near the Old City and Baku Boulevard.
Firstly the staff was very friendly, kind and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for touristic places. Rooms are clean as it supposed to be and well decorated.
The staff were incredibly hospitable and polite. They gave us a free room upgrade and helped us book activities and navigate the city.
Nice location and breakfast terrace. Maybe it can be difficult to go from a taxi stop to the hotel with heavy luggage but it's the old city.
Located in the old town, a 2-minute walk to popular restaurants.
The hotel is a bit old, and the room door had a problem, constantly making a beeping sound.
The building is a standalone structure in the old street, making it very convenient for shopping. The neighborhood is quiet at night, making it a comfortable place to sleep. Breakfast is included, consisting of bread, various cheeses, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, etc.
The guys at the front desk were friendly. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the old town.
The condition of the room was disappointing, not the quality of the room or the newness of the furniture, but the quality of cleaning. Hair was left on the shower wall from the last few travelers, and the bathroom smelled terribly every night, and even had a woodlouse crawling out once. The room...
The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room is very clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel is in the old town and very quiet. It is much better than the previous hotel I stayed in. The sanitary facilities are complete and the breakfast is also very good.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location is very convenient for visiting all the famous spots in Baku—taxis usually cost only around 2–4 AZN. The staff were the best and extremely accommodating. They allowed us early check-in and late check-out, helped us with food deliveries, and even prepared Suhoor for us during Ramadan. Their hospitality truly made our...
It's one of the best hotels in terms of service and cleanliness, and its location is close to all services and events, but most of the guests are of Indian nationality.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the metro and the airport bus. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. I thought it was an excellent hotel and I would definitely stay again.
We really liked the hotel. The room was spacious and quite clean. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, almost everyone spoke Russian. They were always helpful and helpful. They greeted us and helped us carry our suitcases.
We also really liked the location – close to the embankment, Port Baku, and other wonderful sights. There's a veranda with tables outside the hotel, which we really appreciated
and good hotel in perfect location.
Incredibly good service and very good breakfast.

Entry way was somewhat confusing, and also rather dark. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean.1
It is in the center of baku on Nizami street. The room was completely worth it for the price with all the amenities needed. Also Mehman was really nice guy. He helped me with my luggage to
Great location, close to the old town. Overall, it's a clean, pleasant hotel. There are cats at the entrance.
Best Staff, Best Stay, Best Services, Best place 10/10.. will stay here again without a doubt
The location is good, very close to Nizami Street, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, but there is no elevator, but the front desk can help with luggage. Recommended ~
Adam is very good person and everything is very good and enjoyed my stay here at boutique hotel baku❤️
The staff was very nice and professional. Location was good, walking distance to Nazemi street, old town and Sahil metro station (pick up point Get Your Guide tours). I booked the single room, which was tiny and had no water pressure for the tap in the sink. However, shower water pressure was good. Breakfast was good. Recommened!
Well I am impressed with this Hotel. I love my little cute room 406 for Solo travellors and breakfast was amazing and delicious 😋
Friendly and professional staff who were helpful with info during stay. Looked after my bike safely. Lovely breakfast in beautiful rooftop room. The room was small but comfy and clean and the WiFi and water were great. The location is excellent for cafes, restaurants and attractions. Very good value for money.
Good location, very friendly staff, excellent soundproofing. The breakfast was decent, but could have been better.
Excellent location and fantastic value for money. There's a supermarket literally a minute's walk downstairs. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making for a very pleasant check-in and overall stay.
This hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of the Old City. Please be aware though many taxis cannot take you right to the door, however most will be able to drop you very close. I booked this as was travelling alone. The price was very reasonable including breakfast which by the way was amazing. It’s not a buffet, rather you tell the reception 10 minutes score you’re ready for breakfast and...
Perfect location to explore Nizami street and Baku’s old city attractions.
Perfect location in a quiet street in the beautiful Old Town, near to everything. Charming hotel run by lovely friendly people. Spotlessly clean. Had a fabulous time xx
Great hotel in the center of the Baku Old City. Azar was a great and attentive host. The breakfasts were excellent. The room was spacious. There was a kettle, fridge, safe and AC. Only drawback for some people is that there is no elevator. We would happily stay again or recommend it to friends or family.
We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Old City. The rooms and bathroom are quite spacious with all required amenities. We booked with breakfast and it was a delicious feast each morning. However, the most important aspect for me and husband was how truly helpful and accommodating they were with us. We had an unfortunate incident with one of the ATMs not returning my bank card after we attempted...
Great location in the old city. Everywhere in the old coty is walkable from the hotel. Quiet, felt safe - great for a single women traveller. The staff were very helpful too. Nice size room, and met all expectations. Thank you
It's a wonderful small boutique hotel with few rooms. Beautiful old style rooms with all modern amenities. Wonderful staff. Location wise it is excellent. Has lot of restaurant options available nearby. Amazing indian restaurant inside the hotel itself.
Stayed here during F1 weekend. Hotel was cozy and calm. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious. 10 mins walk away from Nizami Street. Recommended for the stays in Baku
Room very good. TV, beds and WiFi all excellent. But... balcony looked like it had never been cleaned. Breakfast looked like it was 2 weeks old - this was so bad that overall we can only give 3 stars.
We loved this little hotel, superb family room with loads of space, lovely details and 2 huge balconies with tables and chairs. WiFi was excellent throughout.
Breakfast was fairly basic but the staff were very attentive and were able to offer omelettes and machine coffees. There is a flight of 29 stairs to get in and out which would be a challenge for some so be aware of this.
Highly recommended as...

Hello dear and esteemed Deluxe City Hotel,

I’ve stayed at dozens of high-end hotels around the world—from Four Seasons to Park Hyatts—but nothing quite compares to the warmth, location, and unbelievable value of Deluxe Hotel in downtown Baku. From the moment I arrived, Osman and Vaqif—the two exceptional gentlemen who run the hotel—treated me like a VIP guest. They made sure everything was perfect: offering a free upgrade, giving me a late...
I stayed at this property for a long weekend. The room we were assigned was at street level, not very spacious, and unfurnished—just basic for a few days. Cleanliness is very poor, and it takes some getting used to. Breakfast is poor and always the same. However, we were pleased with the airport transfer service, both on the way there and back. The driver was extremely punctual and helpful. The city...
It was truly a wonderful hotel experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly staff and a clean, spacious atmosphere. We felt just like at home. Thank you for everything — we can’t wait...

Nice little hotel in a great location. Rooms fine, clean and well proportioned.
Staff helpful. Breakfast, good variety.
Organize your own transfers, use reputable companies such as Bolt or Uber, pick up, drop off point Maidens Tower.
Wonderful hotel in the very center of the old city.
Comfortable room, view from the third floor window is attached in the photo.
Hearty breakfast.
Friendly and attentive staff
The hotel offered clean accommodations and friendly service, with a particularly enjoyable breakfast experience. However, a disappointing incident at checkout, where the manager was involved in a taxi fare scam, completely undermined my trust. Despite the positive aspects, I cannot recommend this hotel due to this breach of integrity. After leaving my luggage at the hotel and informing the manager...
Beautiful hotel in the old quarter. Everyone is very friendly. Great location easy to walk to central Baku, Caspian and great spot in the Old Quarter
Everything was great, but they mixed up the number and gave us a room in another hotel, but it suited us, so everything was good.
Hotel located in the center of old town and maiden tower is in 50 steps. Central but very quite place.
Pleasant host and wonderful breakfast!
We enjoyed staying in Deniz inn.
I think I made the best choice I could have made; it's a fantastic hotel. The rooms are rustic but incredibly clean, don't imagine them dusty or damp. The hotel and restaurant staff were very kind; they even surprised us for our birthday! They are wonderful people. We won't even look for another place when we come to Baku again. We experienced so much warmth and friendliness in just three days, we...
Good services from the staff! They helped everything we needed 🤩🤩 I even remember the staff name: Reshad, Yunis, Tural. They deserve salary increase!
A very unique hotel in the Old Town, very close to the Maiden Tower. Perhaps because it's an old building, the soundproofing isn't very good. The breakfast was good, but a bit limited. It was the same every day for three days, except for the egg dishes. The rooftop restaurant has a great view, though. Taxis and bolts generally don't go into the Old Town, but you can ask the front desk to call one,...
The hotel is located next to the Maiden Tower in the ancient city, in a prime location. There's a subway station just a few hundred meters away, allowing you to take the subway to 28may and then the H1 to the airport. Our room, which came with breakfast and cost just over 500 yuan, was a fantastic value!
A luxurious hotel with excellent staff who are always ready to help. The windows offer beautiful views of the sea and the Maiden Tower. Breakfasts are excellent, very tasty, and are served in the restaurant upstairs, but accessed via a different staircase. Daily housekeeping is excellent, with towels changed and water replenished daily.
Right in the heart of old town which makes it great to walk to many places. The hotel is older and showing its age but it’s still decent to stay in. The room had a small couch and sitting area which was nice.
The rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly and the location is inside Nizami street.
At the center of Nizami street, 10 minutes walking to old city.
it's one floor hotel, old furniture, old towels, water leaking in toilet, no food service, no water bottles available in room all time.
In general, you can stay in hotel if you have plan to spend time outside hotel, its affordable price.
the hotel location makes you satisfied at the end.
Extremely wonderful stay at White Boutique Hotel. Location is great, it’s right on Nizami street which is a popular area for restaurants and close by to the old town, beach etc. Hotel rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Younis was of great help in navigating through and planning our days in Baku. Other staff is also very welcoming and helpful. Thanks for a warm welcome and pleasant stay.

Centric boutique hotel was a lovely experience! The staff is sweet, caring and very helpful. They do speak English and are always ready to assist. The room was clean, heater (and ac) with a lovely balcony and fabulous view...
This is the BEST place to stay because of its location to many sites in Baku and its proximity to so many cafes and restaurants….a smorgasbord of choices, just a short walk away The bed was very comfortable, with a nice area to sit @ with a table and unlike so many hotels 2 chairs for 2 people instead of the usual 1! There were strange and loud bangs at night.
Access to the hotel is not child friendly at all.
Good exercise but have to climb 3 floors with no help for the bags.
Check in and out was smooth.
