City Center Hotel in Manama

This hotel has the potential to be a great one but it’s mis managed hotel. It has poor maintenance for little things that could be maintained easily. The staff and the manager promised me to change the room the next day, I have been following up since the morning until night and they didn’t change the room. Finally at 8:15 pm they showed me a room worst and smaller than the one I have. The parking is very small and if you want to enter your car it will take you a long time and you need to honk and look for someone to open the parking entrance. They write room number on the card with an erasable marker, they dont use a sticker . Again the hotel has a potential to be a good hotel if it’s well managed and maintained.

Definitely one of the worst experience any tourist can face . Ive been waiting to check in since 2:30 pm and now its 6:00 pm and my room is not ready And the staff is rude and there are no one at the reception the lobby is full of people waiting for there rooms to be ready. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!!

Probably one of the worst hotels ever, when we first arrived the electricity wasn’t working , employees didn’t know why, we asked to change the room, no response. So we waited till the electrician came and fix it. The service is very slow in general, the card for room and elevator always is not working like everyday we had to go and activate it again and again. Rooms are big but furniture is very old.
Wifi in general is good.
