I have been a guest in this hotel since 2016, every time I visit Bahrain and I need to have a room .. my first choice is gonna be this hotel, I would like to express my thanks to this wonderful hotel, for everything they have offered me .. the security guards, the housekeepers, the reception guys and also the management who still keep the wonderful character and decor I love, which is make me still being a guest to this hotel. This time I would like to thank MR. Osama in the reception for his kindness and cooperation with me, this man made my day happy with his smile and his service and attitude (FYI, we were at the end of the night before morning which is being hard to deal with the guests due to long night shift), I really want to express my thanks to him.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.
The prices are good enough.
The room is big, clean and comfortable.
The sitting area furnished with beautiful and comfortable sofas, tea table, sound system and TV.
There was also kitchen with fridge, microwave, heater with coffee and tea as well as plates, forks etc.

I'm very sorry to say that I made a big mistake by booking a room in this hotel. It was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff at the hotel was not friendly or welcoming, and they were rude. Even the security people were not nice and said things that hurt my feelings.

The place looked a bit scary and made me feel uncomfortable. Even though I had booked the room for three nights, I left at 11 PM on the very first night without asking for my money back. I found another better hotel late at night.

I really don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel has the potential to be a great one but it’s mis managed hotel. It has poor maintenance for little things that could be maintained easily. The staff and the manager promised me to change the room the next day, I have been following up since the morning until night and they didn’t change the room. Finally at 8:15 pm they showed me a room worst and smaller than the one I have. The parking is very small and if you want to enter your car it will take you a long time and you need to honk and look for someone to open the parking entrance. They write room number on the card with an erasable marker, they dont use a sticker . Again the hotel has a potential to be a good hotel if it’s well managed and maintained.

Definitely one of the worst experience any tourist can face . Ive been waiting to check in since 2:30 pm and now its 6:00 pm and my room is not ready And the staff is rude and there are no one at the reception the lobby is full of people waiting for there rooms to be ready. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!!

Overall location is good, but way too many flaws considering it’s a “4 star hotel”. The furniture are very old and tacky, and the carpets somehow always feel wet. Also, the bathroom wasn’t provided with basic necessities like “shampoo, shower gel, etc”. The parking space is very limited for guests, sometimes we had to park far away near a bumpy sand area. Finally, terrible wifi.

Probably one of the worst hotels ever, when we first arrived the electricity wasn’t working , employees didn’t know why, we asked to change the room, no response. So we waited till the electrician came and fix it. The service is very slow in general, the card for room and elevator always is not working like everyday we had to go and activate it again and again. Rooms are big but furniture is very old.
Wifi in general is good.

Quite n lovely hotel to relax.
Breakfast spread n selection great, the staff at the restaurant Mr. Mithum n team will pamper you with their service. On arrival the welcome received from the reception Mr. Austin n team gives you the perfect start for pleasant stay.
