Location nearby sea with nice view. Rather small beach (we prefer small and not crowded). Sea when calm very nice with pure water, when waves then some sea moss and friendly small medusas (safe and not anyhow harming). Rooms nice and tidy. Well organized. Spacy bathroom. Good cleaning service. In general hotel clean, good service from all staff. Hotel superb fitting for families with children.

Large hotel on Sunny Beach, plenty of sunbeds, 2 large pools, reasonable sized room with large shower but quite small balcony although some rooms do have larger balconies. Pool facing rooms & front facing rooms looking across to a street of shops. Large restaurant plus secondary restaurant and a separate restaurant for special food evenings. Nice hotel, great room but the food wasn’t so good. Location is good if you want to go onto the main strip of Sunny Beach, you’re literally next door to it. There’s no private beach but you can walk 2 minutes to a section where you pay for loungers and umbrellas. Two pools, one quieter than the other and no children.

Amazing hotel excellent food with a variety of choice for all very clean and spacious rooms staff amazing and very helpful. we came to the hotel for my 50th birthday staff provided nice bottle of champagne with 2 flute glasses nice touch.will be definitely coming back next year.

I would say 9/10. Freshly renovated hotel, spacious rooms with modern minimalistic design, comfortable bed, bathroom cosmetics. I didn’t have a problem with cleaning service, it was cleaned daily. A very well-designed place with a variety of attractions for the whole family. Beautiful gardens and a clean beach. Tons of good-quality food. The downsides were no fan in the bathroom and all the moisture staying within the flat. Also, the walls are very thin and you hear the next-door babies crying all night, as if they were in your room.

A very good combination of aqua park, swimming pool, saunas, parks, sea, entertainment. The price is overestimated: about 300 euros per night for one adult and three children (9,7,6 years old)

Hotel needs total refreshment, just screaming for that. What is still make it go is bunch of youngsters without experience and knowledge how to do that. I've read some bad reviews but I disagree.. y'all are crazy. The rooms need a little work but are big, clean and comfortable. The food is great, great choice. Kids entertainers was just the best. Close to the beach, pools are perfect for all ages.

Good all inclusive, weak staff

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower wasn't tidy, and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The resort itself is truly magnificent.

The space of the complex. It’s huge with a lot of different properties to choose from. there are a lot of green meadows. It’s perfect for people with dogs (which was the main reason for my choice). The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The SPA Center was also good.

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.
