I have just returned from a very enjoyable three day trip to Hereford staying at the Brandon Lodge Hotel. From booking in to leaving, it was a pleasure able experience. I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional. Beautiful view of the beach, nice clean rooms, most amenities available, their Steakhouse is very tasty. But room service is absolutely rubbish. No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all.

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. Maybe I'd prefer a shower over a bathtub but it's a very minor thing. AC worked without any problems...

I was there for a student party. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the varied food. The room was amazing on the 8th floor with a direct view at the sea. Although I only stayed there for two days, it felt like I stayed for a whole week and I left with very pleasant memories. Location near beach,nice hotel rezonable,clean,good food,we stayed on the 6th floor , housekeeper Ivanka was great . overall price was ok. We totally recommend if you are looking for a place to relax with family and friends. Negativ was only the Goden Sand's as on the streets were piles of rubbish, beachfront was full with rubbish .

Very friendly and helpful staff, big portions of tasty food. It's clean and tidy, rooms are cleaned and towels/sheets are changed every 3 days. It's not busy during covid.
