The hotel was under renovations when I booked and I was not notified. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

The hotel is really nice, the personel from the reception also. Tasty drinks at the bar where they have also a terrace. Nice location. And if you are a karting passionate person, in the front of the hotel, there is a very nice karting track with very nice and speedy kartings that needs to be tried. Unfortunatelly, the three stars are because of a supervised parking place and the breakfast was horrible...

Bed was not double as specified, and we had to improvise so the baby could sleep well enough. Also wifi only in lobby and this was not specified. Food was monoton, but edible. Parking paid and full, had to go somewhere else. And 2 elevators for 11 floors, not so great at meal hours, so better get a lower floor and use the stairs.

It's clean and tidy but old, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is ok and often if all inclusive. The outside area is heavily shaded by tree's but this doesn't allow the pool to get warm. The hotel is opposite the bus station and only a 10 minutes walk from sunny beach center. If you arrive by car you have to pay LV 10 per day. The hotel is very cheap for a stay and will stay again....

Good hotel for good price. Accomodation is up-to-date, new interiors, small fridge and fairly nice mini bathroom. Breakfasts were always england-like, eggs, toasts, beans. Dinners were buffet style, variety of choices, no problem here. Good thing were free drinks including instant coffee. Considering HDP level of the region, hotel is really, really fine.

Mediocre rooms with ac that barely makes a difference, mini tv and mini fridge. Plenty of food in the hotel buffet looks and tastes cheap. Nice staff that doesnt really speak english. Wifi is not free. Very close to the beach with quite expensive sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a bar and a small snacks and drinks shop in the lobby. In summary, ok.

The hotel is cheap and in good spot, but a lot of things were annoying. Extremely noisy guests drunkenly yelling in 4 in the morning were tolerated. Wi-Fi is free, but it's unusable since there's 100 devices connected to a single cheap router. Pool was dirty and almost no one used it. It is very good hotel, with friendly stuff and delicious breakfast. It is near to the gondola and the bars area. It is good for couples and families too. We have a nice vacantion and next year we will be there again.

It was a nice and really warm experience, I say warm because the room sometimes was too hot. Relation between price and accomodation, fulfill expectations. Room clean and big, in bathroom you have all necessary things. Hotel staff very nice, with veru good english, always ready to assist. Some furniture need to be fixed in room, and room wasn't ventilated well when I arrived. Parking need to be better mark, easily you can enter in wrong one(neighbors underground parking).

Good hotel with nice rooms. The reception desk was often left unattended, and the breakfasts are served at a nearby hotel, which we weren't told about and found out about from other guests. The room was not serviced for two of the seven days. But it is near a metro station, a busy area just 25 minutes from the central attractions.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The spa center was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Decent breakfast options at the buffet. Great stay overall.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

It's perfect for what it is, being to the bus station. The room has everything you need and the double has a balcony which is nice. Also mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a price of course).

Mid level stay Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming.

Looks more modern Hotel looks modern but lacks some practicalities, restaurant was closed, the bathroom was enclosed in glass with sticker on it. Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it.
