Hotel with great location to slopes, approx. 5min walk to main lift. Lovely rooms and a really good spa as well. Boot and ski room underneath for easy storage for the next day. The hotel is in a decent location. It's about a half mile walk to the main area of the pedestrian walk. The rooms are a bit run down, tired and not kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. The bathroom has an old-fashioned tub, so you have to be careful getting in and out. The buffet breakfast was very average. The pool was nice.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. Lovely apartment, good view, food is slightly above average of the typical Bulgarian low cost all inclusive, staff friendly but check in poor. You wont get lunch on your first day or even a drink until after 2pm, nor will you have access to your room.

My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability.
