In general hotel was nice but my experience from the breakfast was very poor. Good resort at good prices. It was very full in August (as you would expect) so meals times were a bit of a crush, however they offered us 2 meals in separate restaurants as part of the package and you can snack at lunchtime in one of their smaller venues. Staff (including the cleaners) were very helpful and polite. We had one or two issues with our room, we reported the issues and staff remedied these issues very promptly. The food was excellent (4 star) and it was very varied so there was always something to suit your palette.

I was a little nervous about this trip given previous reviews. However this hotel is wonderful. The location is amazing. 2 mins to flower street. 2 mins to La Flor restaurant (if needed) and Condor bar etc. The room was spacious and bathroom/shower was perfect. After landing early hours they had done us a little pack sandwich water fruit I thought this was a nice gesture as other hotels we have been to offered nothing. We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't. The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor. the curtains didn't meet and the cistern lid kept sliding off. The food was always cold and not enough tables for the amount of people

Cheap, central, no service Positive: Short walk to the sea, shops, supermarket and restaurants. Cheap. Negative: The air conditioning is limited to 28 degrees. The hotel reception is a decoration. The breakfast is ok (for a cheap hotel), but without change for 7 days it gets boring. Already at seven in the morning all the sunbeds are occupied. (with towels).
