The most wonderfull holiday we have had in Bansko till now. The kids were pretty happy with they play room, or at least we were. The wife was extremly satisfied with the spa , a trully 5 star services. The rooms need to be upgraded a bit to achieve the level of the lobby and the spa. A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

I booked a 2-bed room, and they gave me a room with a double bed. I couldn't share the same bed with anyone else. They said the room was full and they couldn't provide the room I booked. Finally, they added a makeshift bed next to it. , it was super uncomfortable to sleep!

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The hotel is at city center. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place. I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz! Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! lovely stay! incredible view! very attentive personnel. tastefully selected artwork. the only drawback was our heating system refusing to work and there was an "interesting" aroma in the bathroom that had poor ventilation. however, in spite of the minuses, i loved the place and would stay there again. ps they have the best sunrise view (though a poorly hung tv is blocking it partially)

We liked everything - the hotel looks impeccable, very stylish and tastefully made. Our room was very quiet and comfy for sleep, felt very private, cozy and had a nice hill view. The staff was attentive and friendly. We haven't tried their restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was delicious. Excellent location. Property was new and clean. Very modern. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly. We asked for a room with a view and they lived us no problem. Would stay again.

A surprise discovery. Nice lake, beautiful view on the edge of Stara Zagora Bathroom great, bed comfortable. Restaurants were very nice. Breakfast was tasty.

It could definitely benefit from better maintenance and some investment in renovations. With some improvements, it could offer a much more pleasant experience.

More or less good but it was obvious that I ve been put in a second class room. The buffet was good and the staff too.

The only issue is the breakfast starts quite late.

The service is the BEST I've ever seen. The people are super nice and friendly. I've been to so many hotels in my life, yet this is my favorite! I recommend this hotel to everyone! 💗
