The bad: breakfast is horrible just horrible, hotel maintenance is very bad, overall the hotel is dirty, the staff is rude and lacks basic soft skills. Room cleanup during the day was very bad, the bathroom was not touched. During the night, the heating system broke down so we were cold.
My verdict: this hotel is not worth any sort of money. NOT RECOMMENDED! I wanted to have a nice spa weekend and this hotel nearly destroyed everything. Nearly....
