A very nice place to stay but some small maintenance issues should be addressed to make the hotel like it was 4 years ago

Hi,I am from Kosovo 🇽🇰 and I would like to share my experience with you. Personally the service was really good the food was good most importantly the plates and the forks were clean, ther room’s were great they wer clean the sheets were clean and it seemed really nice, my experience in the pool was really good the water was warm and clean personally i would recommend it 100%.

The hotel is not very modern and needs renovation. It's more like 2 star hotel than a 4 star as it is listed. I went for the spa only but the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was not very clean, and the steam room was also cold. The only good thing was the sauna. It was my first time in Velingrad but I was not very impressed. Overall 3/10 for the spa.

The hotel location is good and has good views.
The staff was good and helpful
The standard of the hotel definitely doesn't match with a 4 star hotel.
It need refreshing.
The jacuzzi near the pool looked really dirty and smelled like urine which completely disgusted me and I never went back anywhere near.

A service to remember but not the one to be dreaming for. Most of the staff is probably under 30 years old. No one cares what exactly feels the customer. The food is bad. The kids place is more than terrible with no fresh air or day light. I won't come back.

Location is the best part of the stay; it is 100 meters (1 staircase) from the center of the town.
The service is good and the staff is helpful.

That is were the good part ends, the rooms are big but very fragile, everything I touch was falling apart.
The Spa was not with mineral water that was a surprise for me.
We had breakfast included, the food was not enough for the people in the hotel in the time it felt like we need to fight for some of the more desirable items. The coffee machines were 3 but only 1 worked, and half of the refreshments were not available.

The location of the hotel is unique - on top of a hill overlooking a pine forest. The area around it is very nicely landscaped and decorated and the view to the town is fantastic. I visited the pool with my family. The indoor pool was warmer and bigger than the outdoor one. I was not impressed with the level of cleanliness of the pool area. The deck chairs outside needed a bit of a scrub from bird droppings. The windows of the indoor pool were smudged as if they haven't been cleaned for years, which is a pity as they are overlooking the pine forest.

Great location in the city center, on the top with great view, very quiet place with a beautiful park outside. Great place to stay with excellent kitchen, SPA and friendly staff.

50/50 food choice, some of it looks not very fresh + there are no free beverages, you have to pay for water and other simple drinks.

The rooms are good but very old and this can be easily noticed by the scratches.. needs refreshing

Absolutely disaster,me and my family booked a room a few months ago. So we close in on check-in date and at the reception told me that I must pay additional fees but without receiving message or email. Also the restaurant and gym were not working and we got stuck in the elevator. Nightmare hotel,would never go back again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND
