Absolutely beautiful place. We had the apartment on the top floor with amazing views to the mountains and great big terrace. Great service by housekeepers, asked for decaf capsules for dolce gusto machine and they immediately provided.
The restaurant was great, we were particularly impressed by the touch of the chef on overall dishes and the way they were presented. We really liked the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really liked the chicken soup from organic chicken. Even though we were half-board, they really obliged our additional requests. The waitresses did amazing service. The spa experience was great as well. The lady on the reception was absolutely amazing, kind and showed great mood and service. We were lucky enough to see a snowing weather and it was beautiful. I would love to also experience this place in the summer:). All the best!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the rooms were clean and well-organized. We really enjoyed the spa area, which includes pools, a relaxation room, and several saunas. After warming up in the outdoor sauna, we tried the cold plunge, which was a great experience.
The service from all the staff we met was excellent – kind, helpful, and professional.
Breakfast and dinner were very decent and satisfying.
The price is definitely justified. The hotel truly matches its star rating, and the value for money is very good.
The hotel is located in the forest, a bit far from the city, but the nature and fresh air are amazing.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed at this spa hotel in early March and overall had a very pleasant experience. The spa facilities were lovely, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the view over the mountains was beautiful, which made the stay feel even more relaxing.
One thing that stood out, however, was the massage service. During our stay (3rd March), there seemed to be only one masseuse working, and she looked absolutely exhausted and overworked. Out of respect for her, we actually decided not to book a massage, as it didn’t feel right when she was clearly so tired.
It would be great if the hotel could take this into consideration, especially during the holiday season when more guests are around. Having additional staff would not only ensure the wellbeing of the team but also create a better experience for visitors.
Overall, a very nice hotel with good facilities and stunning views, but I hope management pays more attention to staff support in the spa area.

Much extended since last stay. Ample parking. Level entrance. Accessible room just off reception. Room large. Comfortable bed. Good wetroom with Bath and shower. Altogether a comfortable, if short, stay. It’s a little out of town, but taxis are cheap

Top hotel especially considering the price (one of the best in the area for sure). Driving distance to Kartala ski zone (25-30min). Free parking for all guests (enough parking spots).
I can honestly say the level has improved compared to last year.
They try to use high quality local farm products. The presentation is modern, the dishes delicious. Service is impeccable.
SPA area is very nice (especially the saunas), warm pool and cozy relax zone.
The rooms are comfy and modern.
Overall 10/10.
P.S. Forgot to mention the super cool animation for kids :)
P.S.S. WiFi reception is poor at some areas. Needs to be improved considering the fact the mobile internet can't be used freely cause of the occasional Macedonian operator switch.

What stands out from other places is how the hotel is located in the woods, and it offers a thoughtful selection of spa procedures, with an emphasis on infrared light. There are also herb-infused saunas, traditional saunas, tempidariums, and steam baths. Throughout our stay, the swimming pool was not crowded. The kitchen was quite satisfying, with the cherry on top being live music every evening. We will come back here.

I booked a week stay at this hotel and I can say it went beyond my expectations! Myself, my husband and the kids were very happy with everything - service, food, apartment, pool etc. Not sure what people don’t like. The food was enough for everyone, they changes some bits every day and still had a variety. The pool was clean, staff very friendly. We were lucky that not many guests during our stay and kids enjoyed the freedom of the pool. We spoke to one of the waiters who said it is more busy during the weekend and they have weddings that time, so a bit of an advice - book a stay during the week! The hotel is located just 5 from Blagoevgrad and very good starting point to major attractions. The room was very clean and the cleaners came every day. All in all - fantastic place for a week holiday on the mountains 🙌

1.The hotel pool area was dirty. The staff doesn’t clear away empty drink cups or plates, which attracts many wasps and flies.
2.During dinner, three waiters are standing around while only one occasionally works. You end up waiting forever for drinks.
3.You book a room with meals and breakfast included, but at mealtimes, there’s only a minimal selection available. Anything extra has to be ordered at an additional cost. For example, there’s salad, but which child willingly eats that on vacation? If you order pizza, it costs a lot. If the buffet runs out, it’s not replenished. Desserts are almost non-existent unless you order them separately.
