Apart from the ladies at the reception this hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars. We went all inclusive and some food is served cold and dry, almost like the leftovers from the day before.
We had not even parked the car when we arrived and we got shouted at by some very unfriendly people (other hotel customers), saying we are parking in their spot. But you do not have assigned spaces here. I tried to explain we have a room reserved just like them, but had to go to reception to get them to simmer down. Not a good start.
It immediately told us what sort of people this hotel attracts. My husband is Romanian and immediately recognised the type, sadly.
We bought a beer and lemonade from the paid terrace next to the pool and paid 16 Lev, neither were great, I guess why it was empty! In a restaurant you pay 3.50 Lev for a beer, so it's an expensive 'cheap' hotel!
If you want to save some money I don't recommend all inclusive unless you want to drink free alcohol all day!
There are good nearby restaurants where you can eat far superior food for 50 Lev for 3 people! All inclusive is not worth it at this hotel.
The rooms are not great, dirty carpets and beds. Double bed is two singles pushed together which come apart as you sleep. The carpet is unfinished at the doorway and leaves a gap. The air con sounds like a tractor. The balconies do not fill us with confidence. Please see the photos!

It’s already a tradition – every year we dock at Hotel Kamenez – Nessebar. This is our spot: a couple plus one little tornado (officially called a 4-year-old). The accommodation is always exactly as requested – studio, high floor, sea view… basically romance + toddler vandalism.
The food? Way above expectations for a 3-star hotel – both in taste and variety. Drinks (yes, including the strong ones) are part of the AI package. Pools are great too, and the pool bar is pure salvation – cocktail in hand, feet in the water, and you almost forget tomorrow’s round of “who can run faster down the hallway.”
The South Beach is just 5 minutes away on foot, bus stop and supermarket literally next door. Convenience level: maximum. Even the laziest tourist couldn’t complain.
Summary? Thumbs up 100%! If you’re looking for a place that balances family chaos with a dose of calm and excellent service – Kamenec is it.

The rooms stink. The food is always the same. The housekeepers dont even clean up just give us some new towels, take out the trash and put a sign for us begging us to clean up by ourselves. Only in specific rooms theres internet. The showers are right next to the toilet door which is unfortunate and stupid. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody looking forward to book it. The staffs and waiters are unfriendly and did not let us take food by the pool when others did that and they didn’t say anything. I think they want extra money just for that which is also dumb.

Well I'm here now as a British solo traveller and I've travelled a lot around Europe and I am more than happy with this hotel. Yes they have a lot of rules but dont seem to enforce them, no one worrying you around the pool and often open until 7pm. The girls behind the bar are friendly and happy to serve you with whatever you want. The pools are fabulous and you're just 5 mins from the beach and 30 mins from the Old Town, which is just beautiful in architecture and shops! Yes the food isnt perfect, dinner is fabulous, cant fault that and there is something for every meal. The room is again great,I was lucky with a lovely sunny balcony all afternoon and evening and lovely heavy curtains and air con for a lie in. The receptionists were also lovely and accommodating although I was tired and narky from my bus journey. The bus stops right outside the hotel which is a bonus!

It is a budget hotel and you get exactly what you have paid for. The rooms are basic, the cleaning of the rooms is irregular and sometimes done at inappropriate times, around 14.30 h for example. Also, the toiletries are provided only on request. On the upper side there is air conditioning and a balcony.
The food is average, the drinks, too.
There are three swimming pools which are very clean and well-kept. Usually there are enough sunbeds for all the guests of the hotel.
The location of the hotel is very good - very close to a supermarket, bus stop, to the beach. The old town and the new town center are within walking distance and provide for nice walks.

Very disappointed, it's not all inclusive at all. In summer time , then it's so hot, they providing ice cream just one hour. For cocktails you need to pay , ridiculous. Swimming pool working just till 18:00. Food it's terrible, spaghetti was actually in water , meat was chewie. Not worth to come... Waisting of money... Waitresses acting rude... not have enough tables ....

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!!there is a problem with the reservation, first they said that everything is ok, after that they said that there is no such a reservation and also free rooms for this dates but when i told them that in the previous day we called and they said that everything is ok, they change and said again that we have reservation. After 2 mounts and some days before the day we should go there they anulate our reservation without to contact and inform us, when we asked them why they didn`t inform us they couldn`t answer and etc. But im happy that we didn`t go there!

Very nice hotel!! Clean rooms, friendly stuff, nice food, so close to the beach, and such a quiet neighborhood! All in all, I strongly recommend hotel Kamenec for a summer vacation :) Way to go people!
