Hotel Arsenal in Nessebar

I can't believe such negative reviews can be written about this nice hotel? I was there in July ... extremely pleasant stay! The food was always plentiful and very tasty and fresh ... with plenty of fruit. Bulgarian cuisine! - now if you expect shrimp, seafood and similar things for a two-star hotel, then it's your fault! The garden and the pool were maintained. The room was clean and the staff repeatedly offered us to change the sheets and asked if we needed anything ... we were not special guests, but the attitude was friendly. Yes, breakfast started early ... but once a person has decided that he wants all-inclusive, he follows the rules. And the hotel is a minute / two from the beach ... very convenient! Everyone in the restaurant was so kind, and we always went at the last minute and despite this there was fresh food and plenty of it ... The reception was also nice ... The elevators are really small and only two, not even enough for such a storey building, but maybe that's the only drawback. I would visit again with pleasure!

One of not many all-inclusive hotels in Nessebar with great view and quite location.

Great place to have your holiday on Black Sea with historical town of Nessebar in walking distance. It is an relatively olf building, built in the 1970's but welk maintained and very much up to date.
The all inclusive packages arw great and offers everything you may like as food and drinks. Lovely outside pull with sunbeds. Also pkayground for children and some outdoor fitness amenities. Large car park. The beach is in 3 min walk from the hotel.
Generally situated in a quiet area of Neasebar.
Currently it is only 2 star category, but in my opinion could be at least 3 or with a bit of work even 4.
To me it is a great place for a families. With secured entry only to the guests .
The staff is great and very friendly, and doing great job of making sure the guest have everything they need.
Not to forget the food is absolutely delicious and has a great selections to any taste.
Prices are reasonable in my opinion. Deffenatly will come back next summer.
