Our experience at this hotel has been great. We had a very worm welcome and everyone was very friendly and professional. The room was amazing, comfy and whit all you could ever need. All the staff worked very hard to ensure we were always looked after and any request was addressed really quickly.

It was perfect for my studies and work, a desk just above the waves, fast Wi-Fi and a coffee machine in the hallway. There’s also a TV, a fridge and a hair dryer in the room. Heating is by AC but because the house is one of the traditional old ones, the type of isolation doesn’t let the air become dry, so I was completely ok with it. I was actually pretty surprised of how clean and nice the room we were in was. 3rd floor good view with a very big terrace, AC was working as well, overall a pretty good place, location is perfect, there is a 24/7 shop next to it and the prices are quite okay for what you get.

The rooms are big, separate bathrooms for each room, balcony overlooking the garden and seaview, the hosts were very friendly, it is close to both Beaches in Sozopol, silend area, the beds were also more comfortable.

I visited the complex only to see the sculptures garden. It is absolutely worth it. Maybe not all sculptures are great, but some are quite impressive. Their arrangement in close proximity to the sea and on top of the rocks is very good. All in all a beautiful site.

Average place, not really clean rooms. I can say that it amortized. Common for Sozopol, there is no parking place, but there is overnight parking not far away from the hotel. Room price is average based on the season price. Beach is near like 5 minutes by walk. There is small pool which the water quality seems not really clean.

Had a perfect three nights here at the end of May. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, having dinner on our last night. The food was excellent for both breakfast (plenty of choice) and dinner. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Sozopol. We stayed here from 30 may until 2nd June.

It was clean, very friendly staff, it is very close to the beach and also close to old town for evening walks, they have their own restaurant with a disconut for those who stay there. The breakfast is varied and you can ask for several portions if not enough. There is also underground parking at extra charge which is better then leaving the car on the side of the road on public parking.

I had an excellent time, everything was perfect. They have a big pool that you can relax in and have fun. The staff is really friendly and will gladly help you with anything you need. The food at the restaurant is very delicious and the rooms are very spacious and tidy. Definitely recommend!

Honestly the best experience i’ve ever had at a hotel. It was amazing from head to toe. The room - gorgeous. The food - delicious (they have the best burger). The pool - refreshing. Wonderful place, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, the food was amazing. We had salmon, sea bass, the appetisers and white wine 😍 The view was gorgeous and special thanks to Asen for the top recommendations, blankets and overall attentiveness.

The hotel is cozy with modern interior. The rooms are comfortable with special polarized glass windows. The restaurant is acceptable but not working during the day and the night. Staff is working fine when they had enough sleep, otherwise they are moody. You don't need to purchase parking space because right the corner is plenty of for free.

The hotel is small and cozy and the staff is very well prepared. It helps you experience real relaxation and enjoy the sea. There is a nice pool and a large and varied courtyard with sunbeds, tables and barbarones. The rooms are clean and spacious. In my opinion, our room was even bigger than described in the booking.
