Unique location on the Black sea surrounded by statues, paintings, and other pieces of art. Breathtaking views from any point of the well kept territory.

The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, air conditioning, balcony and a comfortable bed.

The prices are reasonable during low season and the value is really good compared to what you get. We will definitely come back during the summer!

Guests get free breakfast, free parking, access to the gym and two outdoor pools. There is also a paid sauna and a tennis court (though we haven’t tried it yet.

Overall 5/5! Great place that you should visit if you are around this area.

A stunning natural spot on the Black Sea with a rocky beach and incredible views. The clean, untouched coastline and clear water make it perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying the sunset

Don't get me wrong it is a lovely place but it's flawed. The food is overpriced and not that good. There are much better places to eat in Sozopol. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the blonde female receptionist and the bald waiter 👍🏽 but the older woman with grey hair who works in the kitchen in the hotel restaurant and the pool bar has a really bad attitude. If you're from the UK expect mistreatment! She totally ruins it really bossy and sour. We have stayed here several times before she worked here and it was much better. We mainly stay for the location and views. And they always upgrade us because we go out of season. You often see dolphins in the bay when you dine in the restaurant by the pool 😉

We had email communication around a wedding. We got an offer and we booked two nights to see what’s what.
Turned out there are some hidden terms and conditions (not part of the offer, only mentioned after you pay for two nights) such as: we MUST use a wedding agency of theirs (including photo/video/everything) and well - that’s not how you make people come back.

I visited the complex only to see the sculptures garden. It is absolutely worth it. Maybe not all sculptures are great, but some are quite impressive. Their arrangement in close proximity to the sea and on top of the rocks is very good. All in all a beautiful site.

Hello, I checked into the hotel last night. Completely different room than the pictures. Very dark suite with dark wood floors and dark grey futon couch that was turned on not a bed in the living room area. The furniture was as dark as th floors, no furniture was light colored like the pictures. The bed was in the living room area, a futon not a real couch, and the living room was shared with a large table for the kitchen with 8 chairs, took up half the room the other half was the futon bed. Also, there was poor lighting only overhead, no lamps in the living room / kitchen. One lamp in the bedroom not working. There was a large banner sign on the balcony advertising for sale sign, blocking the view to the tennis courts. No real nice view of the sea, only in the great distance. No sitting furniture on the balcony. I tried to eat in the restaurant but it was all reserved seating and no outdoor seating as it had rained. The unit was just off the street. Others guests (couples) were waiting to check in to the hotel, but the hotel manager said that the suite they gave me was the only one available. I think I had the worst unit there and it was quite dated and run down, like from the 70’s, nothing like the pictures!!!!!! I did not stay there, I checked into a different hotel because I felt very uncomfortable and wanted a nice relaxing stay somewhere bright and airy this weekend.

The rooms are spacious but a little dirty and the sheets are not completely clean either. The views and landscape are beautiful and they have a great collection of statues that make the place incredible. The restaurant food is terrible and expensive.

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom had a terrible moldy smell. We tried to use the vent fan and kept the door open to avoid mustiness from the shower but it didn’t help. The restaurant was disappointing. I understand we came at a low point in the season so the options were limited. However the prices were outrageous for what we got. We ordered a Greek salad and that was the only thing out of our dinner that was actually “ fresh” The pork ribs were dry and tough and they had a terrible BBQ sauce drowning them, probably used to mask the fact the meat was not fresh. I will give the fries a 10 but the pork ribs made me and my husband sick with diarrhea. The prawns were also terrible! They tasted frozen and the salad greens were old and bitter, they had quite a lot of brown leaves. The waitress was nice and the service was great but the food was awful! The complimentary breakfast was also terrible. The French toast was very spongy and had a weird oily aftertaste. The hard boiled eggs were impossible to open and were undercooked. The croissants looked like they were frozen and reheated but mine were so tough they were very hard to bite or tear. They were left in the microwave or oven too long so they didn’t have a nice airy light texture. The only redeeming quality was the view. The tablecloths were stained and the decor was a bit dated.
