Reviews
Secondly, be prepared for the fact that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The connection barely works in the lobby, and that’s it.
Thirdly, the rooms themselves are not properly cleaned, and the bathrooms are in terrible condition – there is no proper lighting, probably so that the dirt isn’t too visible.
Fourthly, the staff are completely unable to resolve any issues. Even if you raise the same concerns about cleaning again and again, your complaints will simply be ignored.
The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Apart from that, it is a terrible place to stay, and I strongly advise against booking it.
When we arrived, the staff told us our booking had been cancelled—without any apology or explanation. Only after I insisted and told them how much I had already paid did they agree to "find" a room for us. Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. The location is also inconvenient, a bit far from the central area.
Avoid this hotel if you want a stress-free vacation.
- The reason why I write review is the woman that works on reception, has her cabinet near the reception desk. She is very rude not only with guests but with staff too. It seems that her mission is to cause problems, not to solve them. I stayed in many hotels, but I met such a person first time. She could shout, comment and then close the door after her.
The dinner time for all inclusive guests was ridiculous, the first place where I see a dinner set from 18:00-20:00. Feels like they just want you to miss the dinner, because you usually come from the beach around 19:30-20:00. Most places have the dinner up untill 21:00/22:00.
The food was not bad, except the sweets and fruits. Some of the fruits were old and had strange taste..
The staff are mostly friendly, apart from the dude that was at the bar, who when I asked where can I get water from said sarcastically "perhaps the toilet?".
The food was terrible with very little diversity and the lowest(cheapest) quality available on the market. One thing that annoyed me very much is that you cannot fill your plate on your own, instead everytime you want something you have to ask someone from the staff to get you some and sometimes you'd have to wait up to 5 minutes for someone to randomly show up and help you.
You can't even get drinks on your own.
It's obvious how they are literally cutting costs in every single aspect, inexperienced or just careless and/or very young staff that are massively underpaid so they do not really care too, the cleaning ladies didn't even re stock the shampoo and showergel without us specifically asking them to.
Overall a terrible experience, don't go there if you have any expectations at all!
