Reviews
When we arrived the shower head was broken and it looked a very old problem. I removed it and asked for a new one, that wasn't a problem. We had no WiFi on our room but there was nothing they could do about that and said that it was a known problem. There is also no WiFi at the swimming pool nor any cushions on the hard plastic beds. The dinner was cold because they do not use heating under the food disks and they do not want to heat it up using a microwave, as we suggested as a possible solution. The following day we had only cold water until the next day. The manager was unavailable until the next morning and when we told her about it, it was easily fixed because a switch was turned off. A bad thing that it took more then a day to have somebody look at it. We booked for 4 days but wanted to leave after 2 days.
The only possitive thing I can say about this hotel is that female manager was very friendly and helpfull and that she made no objection about the fact that we wanted to leave 2 days earlier than we booked for. Also the location is nice, very close to the beach and the high way. It could be a much beter hotel if it had another owner.
Rooms: furnished cheeply, water doesnt flow out in the shower, super small sink. Cleaners are lazy, cleaning means just wet the floor a bit and asking for new bed sheets is simply too much.
Breakfast: cheap, awful instant coffee, low quality and low diversity.
Restorant: non existant. They have a beach bar that offers a few things and some items of the menu are only for the big boss. I actually wanted to do my wedding there (quickly decided against), until the restorant owner requested more money than it would have costed in Switzerland. Explanation was that he was planing to fire his personell and close down a week early, but he needs to keep them just for me. Guess what, the restorant was open and people were there!
Hotel management: after the disagreement with the restorant i asked if they are willing to pay me back the advanced payment for the booking which they refused. They offered me to use the money to take a few rooms for a few nights, but they CHARGED ME 150BGN per night and at that time the rate was actually 70.
Summary: i surely think that such "professional" attitude has no place in tourism and I wish they find a new hobby. NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO THERE AT ALL!
We booked only hotel without food. There is also a good restaurant next to the pool - we tried almost everything and it was good.
Totally reccommend !
