Just returned from a 10 night stay at mpm hotel orel. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday very kind maid who smiled and waved everytime we saw her (10th floor). The lifts were a bit of a pain very slow . Food was alright as a picky eater I managed to find something to eat at lunch and dinner. Breakfast choice was not the best. Pool bar was best to get the alcoholic drinks from lots of choice to choose from. Pool area was quiet most days and easy to get a sun lounger got busier as day went on. Lots of sun loungers on the beach to use again no problem getting one. The strip was like a 2 minute walk down the street however did not hear any noise from this. Tried to get a late checkout however was fully booked so had a lot of waiting around to do as checkout was 12pm and our transfer wasnt until 10:55pm. Overall a very good start at Mpm Hotel Orel would recommend booking .

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach. Food was lovley. Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Pool was great. Would definitely return. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby. Didnt catch her name but was so friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

I do not recommend it at all. I booked 3 rooms with a sea view, paid extra money. Out of 3, only one received it, the other 2 received room amenities. The receptionists say they speak English, and in fact they do not. There is no way to get along with them, According to the booking staff, they told us that we would start with lunch, a fact confirmed by the receptionists. When it came to taking it. We were told that it was over. I found some of the staff to be kind and supportive, but there are certain people at the pool bar who feel like having a good time, but when you have a good time. You get enough, They worked extra, there is also a gentleman in the kitchen with a mustache, as a bodyguard or whatever, he has nothing to do with the kitchen, I think he is put there more to scare people, a rude person. Regarding the food, a lot of it and tasteless, only a few options available. Not to mention the fact that if you go in the morning around 9 and you can't find anything, you have to ask the kitchen staff to bring out food, when in fact that would be their role, to provide food until breakfast closes at 10. Regarding the rooms, I had one person who took care of the room at the beginning of my stay and cleaned it, then another came and didn't take care of it. That's about it. I hope it's useful to those who choose.

The food is terrible!! Catered for polish and Russians. Snack bar served same slop every day is same been on alot of all inclusive and has to be the worse hotel is fine apart from the food is best described as slop!!!!

Kept lovely and clean through out the hotel even the pool everyday Loads of sunloungers with 2 good size pools and a pool bar in the centre of them. Was in a great location right opposite the beach our board was all inclusive but we ate out most nights as the food was catered for the local Bulgarians which was not our taste the coffee is good but it's served in tiny cardboard cups and the drinks are served in tiny and flimsy plastic cups

We had a fantastic stay! The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main strip but far enough for peace and quiet when you want it. The beds were comfortable and our rooms as cleaned and fresh towels were provided. The staff were perfect, anything we asked for they were always willing to help. There was enough choice within the food and there was something for everyone.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of August, it was a nice stay, but not sure if I would come again. I deducted a star for the big minuses mentioned below.
Hotel room:
Rooms are small, but they look very nice and the beds are tall and comfy. Same goes for the bathroom, very small, but loved the hot water and the water pressure on the shower. The only problem was that the ventilation didn't seem to work, and it was very moist inside as it was difficult to air out. We also had a balcony towards the city which was nice for fresh air and drying clothes (although very windy).
The rooms were clean, but they didn't clean them daily. The bedsheet was never changed during our stay. We had to wait for 3 days for them to change the beach towels and, on the last day, we ran out of shower gel, as they only refilled them once during our stay. But there was always staff on the hotel floor, I'm sure they would have served us if we had asked them to.
The rooms were pretty quiet, the noise from outside didn't bother us at all. However, there were some loud children staying at the hotel, and they did wake us up a few times when screaming on the hallway.
Hotel food:
Diversified food and tasty veggies and fruits, but some trays were always empty (like pancakes); A lot of times it would get overcrowded in the restaurant.
Horrible coffee throughout the entire area. We just weren't able to find a decent coffee anywhere.
Hotel area:
Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here;
Cocktails were just juice, like in most all inclusive and a lot of times we had to stay in a line to get a drink (even for water);
Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm. They would close the bar and even kick us out of the pool area, they basically sent everyone to bed;
The wifi at the hotel was bad, it just randomly stopped working at times, luckily we had mobile data to use. No wifi at the beach.
The pool was mostly empty (I think the water was too cold). No inside pool available.
Beach:
Another big minus for us was that the gate towards the beach closed at 6pm and you had to go around the hotel to get to and from the beach after that time, which kind of made us feel like we're not at a "beach hotel";
There were plenty of sunbeds, but they were far from the sea and they didn't have any mattresses on them, so just laying in the sand was comfier than those sunbeds;
There was no free toilet at the beach and there was usually a line at the beach bar.

Horrerrrrible experience… starting with the parking… they have 20 parking slots for 2 hotels, but are some parking guys, which are scamming you(25 leva per day minimum 5 days) paid on revolut, hands in hands with each other's and police also… so you are force to pay them to park…
Others, the view is very very beautifully, good and serving is decent, rooms are smoll and not clean properly…
In the bathroom you dont have hot tub or showrr cabine… you shower in the room :(
