Seabreeze Hotel in Sunny Beach

Worst hotel I've been in. The closet was broken, ac was broken too - you couldn't change the temperature and it would randomly start blowing HOT air. The receptionists were really rude and rolled their eyes at us. The rooms were not being cleaned, only the trash was taken out but it would happen randomly throughout the day, even towards the evening, only had a towel change once. The beds were poor, one of the double beds was a pull out couch. Rooms have fridges that run 24/7 - but you'll be charged if you use them. The breakfast options are poor, they didn't even provide ketchup or mayo while serving eggs and plain pasta noodles. On top of everything, you have to share 1 keycard amongst 4 people.
The only good things were 1. if you closed the balcony door, it did a great job of lowering the noise from the outside. 2. Great location if you don't mind the busy night life noise.

Absolutely terrible!!! The staff are very rude Only change towels every 3 days won’t give another if anything happens. Don’t give toilet roll had to buy more in shop. Room doesn’t get cleaned we were there for 10 days and beds got changed once they just make it every day don’t even sweep floors!! Would never return to this hotel

The hotel is in ideal location but the surrounding ruins it. There's big while like London Eye in front of the hotel which blocks the views of the sea. First night, just below the entrance door, you have drunk ice cream seller who kept playing loud music through the night and keeps you awake. Spoke to the manager and denied that happens. There was no hot shower water next day, not sure if the heating system was turned off but it came back the next day. 2 of the front receptionists were great. Information regarding rental cars would've been ideal but no info was distributed- if you rent one, you would have to pay 15lev per day to park at the hotel. Briz hotel which is in the same building gives their customers free parking. Regardless if you put 'do not disturb' sign, housekeepers still enter the room. Towels is given to you every 3/4 days and sheets changed every 7 days. The restaurant servers are poor and there's was one customer who went up with her cup to her room and they were saying to each other "lets charge her 5euros if she doesn't bring it back down & no breakfast for her without the cup". Customer service in this hotel is the poorest I have ever witnessed. Same breakfast everyday. It was very disappointing experience in this hotel and I would not recommend staying here.
