Had a really lovely stay.
The hotel is nearby everything you need, close to supermarket, shops, bus stops and only a few minutes walk from the beach.
The staff/reception was very helpful with directions, ideas to do and just friendly overall :) Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of space for sunbeds, food great. Couldn't fault anything apart from the later in September you go the evening entertainment is a bit poor.

Stayed last week of September 2025. Food served was poor in quality and presented poorly. Got steadily worse day by day. So many basic items missing like standard tea bags. None for 9 days there. Often coffee machines were not working due to ingredients being reloaded hours later. Choice of bread was was very limited and often stale. I asked manager for butter. Staff returned to tell him they had none! Staff in the main restaurant were indifferent to guest needs and they showed general poor morale. One night, six containers of chocolate ice-crean flavour only. Lucky, next night had none! Locked toilet cubicles on ground floor meant queues for toilets with no toilet roll or paper to dry your hands. Guests had to use they own handkies. Reps busy and embatassed in having to log all complaints. Compensation was going to have to be paid by them. The blame lies entirely with management who failed guests into giving them an inferior service to what they could have given. Positives were staff in main bar and pizza chef in the snack bar. Reception was hit or miss on politeness. Nothing was any staff's responsibility as hotel would be closing. The unhappiness spread among guests and staff.

Hotel is clean and close to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers. The sea is calm, beach is sandy with shallow waters. The food is repetitive and if you a vegetarian then you will be eating pasta, pizza and chips everyday. The evening entertainment is almost non -existent unless you like a music quiz every night, probably one of the poorest entertainment i have ever seen. The sea view room is recommended as it has a great view

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful view of the sea. Clean and tidy rooms, the water in the pool is clear. The food served in the hotel restaurant is delicious, every dish was very tasty, huge selection of different meals. Hotel staff very nice and helpful in every situation. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for relaxation

Dated rooms but lovely and clean. Staff ok. Food and drinks awful with a lot of it being cold. Running out of beans and no jam in the morning which to me in an all inclusive is basics. I come to Bulgaria five years ago and absolutely loved the place, unfortunately when you go out and about especially at bars they don’t like the English and can be very aggressive. When you’re out and about it’s £1 to use a toilet. If you go to bars you have to ask to use the toilet and they give you a token. Went to McDonald’s and a lady was very aggressive about me using the toilet until I told her my son was waiting for our meal. £16 for a 9 McNugget meal. The last place I wanted to go when I’ve paid for all inclusive. Even the coke machines are not cold enough, I think I’ve probably lost a stone on this holiday. Completely put me off all inclusive. Had such a bad experience this time. I won’t be coming back to Bulgaria. Everything is so expensive. The fair rides are between £7-£10 per ride. Everything is so over priced
