Positive The hotel was clean, fresh, and had a calm atmosphere, which made for a pleasant stay. Since it was an adults-only hotel, we avoided disturbing noise, and both the restaurant and pool areas were peaceful with nice background music. The room was spacious, fresh, and well-kept, with comfortable beds that suited our needs perfectly. We had a balcony with a table and chairs, where we could enjoy the evening sun after a day by the pool. It was also an advantage that the balcony faced the parking lot and the city, offering a different view. Housekeeping was carried out daily, although not always very thoroughly. When it was done properly, it still felt convenient to have the room refreshed every day. The location was another strength – within walking distance to the sea and pleasant promenades. It was also cheap and easy to travel by public transport. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff member Hussein, who worked at the grill. He was always friendly, service-minded, and willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel satisfied. ⸻ Negative The biggest issue during our stay was the food and the labeling of the dishes. As Muslims, we do not eat pork, and we are always careful to read signs and double-check with staff. Despite this, on two occasions we were served dishes that turned out to contain pork, even though they were labeled and confirmed to be chicken, vegetarian, or vegan. The first incident involved a chicken dish that actually contained large pieces of pork. When we raised this with the reception and later with TUI staff, we received apologies and assurances that measures would be taken. However, the very next day, a similar incident occurred at the salad buffet, where dishes labeled as vegan and vegetarian in fact contained both bacon and salami. This is completely unacceptable and far below standard. Mislabeling food can have serious consequences, not only for religious guests but also for people with allergies. Moreover, it took several days before the hotel acknowledged the issue and improved the labeling. Another major disappointment was the checkout policy. We had to leave the room at 12 noon, even though our flight was not until 3:00 a.m. the next morning. This meant we were without a room for 15 hours, something many other guests were also unhappy about. The option to keep the room was available, but only for an additional fee of €60. Having to pay extra for something so essential, after already spending a large amount on the trip, felt neither fair nor guest-friendly. In summary, the hotel made a good impression in many respects, but the problems with the food and the unreasonable checkout policy unfortunately brought down the overall experience of our stay.

On arrival to this hotel we where dropped off by coach and was surprised how clean an modern this hotel was .checking in was straight forward and staff on reception were very friendly room very clean and looked over the pool that’s where the happiness finished tho the rest of the staff not friendly at all .pool was ice Cold not heated. food always cold of a morning more of a school canteen than a restaurant .drinks where vile also from the bar make sure u keep your pool cards for your towels if you lose them they will rob you of £35 on check out they where vile when we checked out so will never stay at this hotel again.
