Hotel was pleasant all together, food was good, plenty of options. The highlight was the adult activities that were held daily but a great team, they are all very friendly, approciable, very knowledgeable. Big thanks to Miguel, Tangey and the team

Nice experience staying at this hotel. We were 7 people (2 families). Kids loved it. It's not the best hotel, but the value for money is great. What we liked: staff, pool, cleanliness, food (most of it; pizza is a big hit at snack bar), ice cream, parking, general vibe, no towel reservers at the pool (there are still many free sunbeds available after the breakfast). Things that I did not like: AC - terrible. It was barely functioning. If you want a cool room, this is not for you. Things that could be improved: better breakfast/dinner menu - crepes was something we (our kids) were missing.

We stayed for one week all inclusively this july, we always found something to eat at the restaurant tho the variety didn't change much during the week. There was an ice cream buffet and the kids loved it. And the animation program for the kids was amazing, disco for the kids six nights a week, and much other things during the day ❤️👍 airco in the rooms was relatively good. There were drinking glasses in our room but they didn't get changed any time during the week, also towels were changed maybe only once even we left them on the floor to be changed. Staff is very friendly. Location of the hotel is great, few minutes walk to beach and good restaurants nearby (I recommend checking La Flor for example), short and free bus ride to the action water park, and you can even buy the tickets straight from the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our week, easily recommended for families

we were not satisfied with the staff, when asked to bring salt, as we understood, the manager at the restaurant said that this was not my responsibility, ask the waiters!

Everything was above expectations, we were a bit worried reading some reviews but our experience was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and thoroughly cleaned everyday, the food was good, 2-3 main courses, 3-4 side dishes, fish everyday, fresh salads, veggies and fruits, we always found something to our taste, the kids too. the drinks were decent, the beer was cold and to our surprise, the pool had great water temperature, which we NEVER found in Bulgaria! The water is usually terribly cold in the pools, but not here, this was the best surprise ever. There are more than enough sunbeds, and the kids pool is fun even for adults 😁 The all inclusive part is great, you can always find drinks or a snack during the day. Quiet at night and confortable, big enough, beds. I've read people complaining about air conditioning, we had no problem whatsoever, it worked perfectly. A bit far from the beach but we enjoyed the walk everyday, it's a nice one trough the wild sand dunes (stroller friendly). The water is shallow enough at the beach so kids can safely play in. Exceptional value for money. We marked this vacation as a great one and plan to return. PS: There's all you can eat ice cream at lunch and dinner, the kids loved it even tho we didn't let them eat all they could eat 😅 and they even have animation for kids.

My daughter is traveling in Bulgaria to participate in an archeological dig. She traveled from Sofia to Burgas. Unfortunately, she arrived at 9 pm, and no buses or taxis were available. No one at the train station spoke English. We called the hotel, and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. They tried to find a taxi, and when that did not work, they offered to send the shuttle 33km each way for her. I cannot express how much I appreciate them. They are great. Thank you to whoever answered the phone at 9:25 local time on June 14th. Saved the day.
