A very nice hotel! Family-friendly, quiet and peaceful in the evenings, the staff is very attentive, the chefs are great, friendly, and the food is delicious! The hotel grounds are spacious and resemble a theme park. The bartenders are friendly, the rooms are clean, the entertainment staff is great, and there are lots of games for kids. Yani is super! Give him a raise.

The Food was bad, I heard from a lot of people which I learned in Bulgaria Sunny Beach that in almost every Hotel food is not great. But outside is always delicious food.
We had enough space in our room, the cleaning service has done great work, nothing was stolen. But our showerhead in the bath was two times broken, because of low quality, we asked at the reception and they sad the craftsman will come in 30 minutes, but he never come. The price/ service of the Hotel is not recommended!

Just came back the food and services we're rubbish the only good about the place was the outside bar and snack bar and the pool also they need to cut them trees down as we couldn't see the pool off the balcony

Good hotel. Placious stablishment with decent swimming pools and it was hella quiet, which was great. however cousine was almost the same for entire week. Seriously that was the weakest part. Beach bars were mediocre but bartenders like Ivan and a lady from Zvete were great.

The stay would be fine, but there are no attractions for adults, because karaoke could be considered as such, but you couldn't sing!! Only the main animator sang at karaoke and she didn't want to give up the microphone. She was probably an unfulfilled artist, but it's strange if a group of 10 people want to sing and she doesn't give a damn about letting them sing!!

extreme differences between the rooms (beautiful room vs. very poor with noisy air conditioning and dirty).Our room in Zvete (balcony facing the street to the sea) was not standard for 4 stars, more like a 1 stars or hostel. Air conditioning did not work, dirty and broken chairs, dirty children's bed, dirty balconies (see photo).

The room on the opposite side (the pools view) was great.
Outdoor facilities are great for children. the animators are also very good.

Hotel - nice, clean and maintained. Not separated places for smokers - smokers everywhere. Pools - many of pools, clean and guarded with 2 slides. Activities - billiard (with missing balls), Minigolf (with only 6 sticks), ping pong (with poor badminton rackets), animations - mostly in German, repetitive songs, very loudy and annoiding. Staff in restaurant - very rude and lazy - tables in restaurant was still dirty, plates was dirty, cutlery was still missing. Food - repetitive, poor quality, same local awfull sausages, vegetable sliced like for an ogre, all food were overcooked and not tasty - pasta cooked in milk, pork with vegetable - not salted, no spice, minced meat was supricely overspiced and still the same mix, fishes smelly and cooked again in milk (why), side dish was only mixed together potato or rice and vegetable with a lot of oil, nothing separate. Pastry was mixed old and new together. Drinks was all wattered and the beer --- never ever. Around the hotel was many closed shops, pharmacys, dirty everywhere. Beach was full but quite clean. Horrible expirience.

All complex and rooms are very nice and clean. The employees helpfull and cooperating.Sometime not effective - somethimes they are taking your full plate under your nose and somethimes you waiting for the waitress .... Food was really poor and not tasty. Still the same and has only 2 qualities .. not spiced and not salted with no taste and overspiced. There was only pasta in milk and from time to time some potatoes or rice with meat. Nothing simple.. cooked potatoes. All was overcooked. Only one part of food was good... sweetneses. It was delicious and eatable. If we will anytime came here.. only with breakfast. Another meals only in restaurants. All area is full with activities - minigolf, ping pong and many pools and there are many slides for kids and animators which are really activ. In this area are many smoking corners... smokers was everywhere and the smell too. Nothing for unsmokers.
