The hotel is relatively new, clean, well maintained. Staff extremely friendly. The cuisine in the restaurant, tasty and well prepared. Our room had a view of Dospat Dam. We really liked it, we would do it again for sure.

The hotel itself is lovely with beautiful rooms and a unique location. The hygiene in the rooms could be improved. For 4 nights they did not change our bed linen. The breakfast is good, but the all-you-can-eat food is of very low quality and at very high prices. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall it is a wonderful place, peaceful and with a unique design and privacy.

Very welcoming family, working hard to keep their place in good shape. Bar with a choice of drinks, local cuisine for lunch and dinner, continental breakfast. Real panoramic view from my balcony. The only thing I was missing is bike rental, discovering neighbourhood by foot.

It's need a deep remount. Swimmpool is not bad but very old and with not enough chairs for everybody. Sauna and turchis bath and jacuzzi are very little. The restaurant is not bad probably the best think in all Hotel.

I visited the pool area only and cannot comment on the rooms. Lovely park and great mineral water. Separate pools for all activities and ages. One of the pools has a pool-bar. Area has everything you might need-sun loungers, natural grass and shade from the sun. Great atmosphere and great food at the restaurant. Highly recommended place for tourism and relaxation. We spent 2 nights at Bohema SPA during the week, and it was so calm and quiet that we love it! Beds are comfortable, the curtains can leave you to sleep longer during the day, no one disturbing you! The hotel's rooms are well appointed. The mineral water in the pool is great! It is nice and worm. Staff are friendly. My only advise would be to make more of an effort towards upkeep of the place.

The hotel pools are great. There is one big and cool for swimming, another medium sized and warmer that is also good for swimming and two hot jacuzzis for relaxing. The music is nice, there's food and drinks. There is a small artificial waterfall and another tiny pool all the way back.

The house itself is quite new and clean. The breakfast was delicious and home made. Most of all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything, the SPA was open pretty much 24/7 contrary to most hotels where they close in the evening. Hotel Mursal is beautiful place with very friendly and kind personnel, delicious food and amazing views. A lot of space for children to play outdoor. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend and I would definitely love to visit it again.

One of the greatest places I have ever visited! The most hospitable hosts, uniquely delicious homemade food, great views, terribly clean and maintained! Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. Big rooms with a terrace. The spa and the pools are great, with a mineral water. 2 indoor pools plus a jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, relax room and a gym, plus outdoor pool. The bathrooms need some cleaning - showers have mold. It is also not a smoke-free hotel. People smoke on the balconies, so the smoke gets into the adjacent rooms. It also hosts events, which is great but could get noizy at times for the guests. It does have great views and staff is very friendly. The restaurant is pricey for what it offers. I guess that's why it is quite empty in the evenings.

It's definitely not worth the four stars category. Rooms are OK, but nothing special. The main disadvantages - SPA is one of the worst I have ever been. The pool is so small, practically you can only stand still there if more than 5 person are in at the same time. The sauna is also very small and it's only dry with no watering. The food is simply not good at all. Very poor quality.
