Hotel opened in 1997, renovated in 2011. In this hotel 20 rooms, 5 floors.

Hotel in a relatively old building that is kept in very good condition with full amenities and services. Excellent value for money. Very close to the old town and the Kapana . The staff are friendly and helpful. It also has private parking spaces. We were very impressed that they speak Greek!!!
Highly recommended.

This is what I call an unpleasant experience in terms of showing up at this hotel with the reservation made on booking.com for 2 nights, to find out no one answers at the entrance. Finally we were notified through a message that it was an overbooking, although I am more than sure there were accommodation facilities, considering rooms availability later that evening and the next day on the platform. What disappointed us the most was that our reservation was marked as a "no-show" by the hotel, considering that it was our fault for this situation even though we were on site and also communicated with the hotel management through messages.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The receptionist is rude, irritable and frankly unpleasant. The whole hotel has a specific smell… The rooms are old, barely any insulation from the street below you so forget about a quiet night. The AC unit does not work properly. We were on the third floor and the water pressure was laughable. The parking is extremely limited so you may have to look for a parking spot (good luck, everywhere is a zone or a private spot). To summarise - there are far better hotels/ Airbnb’s for the same prize!

I gave 4 stars because the first room we got, room 22 was clean but very old, the AC i think was older than I am and the air smelled, also the tappet on the wall was so old. That aside, the staff was nice and we got another room with more decent furniture and new AC. It was very nice for 2 nights we stayed there to visit Plovdiv. Nice position (10 mins to center) and nice staff, good breakfast. I would also reccomend to add mosquito nets to the windows, I would've liked to sleep with the windows open because the weather was nice at night, but could not cause mosquitos.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Plovdiv last week.
I forgot to take photos of the room, but it was clean and had enough space for one person.
The receptionist was very helpful — when I needed to change the time of a restaurant booking, she kindly called them for me since I don’t speak Bulgarian. She also helped check transportation options to another city.
The bathroom amenities included a large and small towel, shampoo, and soap.
I’m not sure why, but there was no hot water in my room for the shower. However, since the weather was quite hot during my stay, I didn’t ask them to fix it.
The breakfast was simple, but I liked it — especially the omelet, which was really fluffy and delicious.
The location was also great — just a 2 minute walk from the hotel, there’s a small supermarket that’s open 24 hours, which was very convenient.

Travelled with our pet - that's the reason why we picked this hotel actually - it's a dog friendly place. The location is superb, but the rooms are kinda average. The breakfast can be improved a lot, we were not able to eat any of the stuff there, coffee options limited and quite bad in terms of quality/taste. Overall - average.

Nice location, but the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and motel-ish for such a centre-situated hotel of 4 stars. The heating was turned up to the max, so when I got into the room I was literally inside a sauna. There was no parking available. The personnel was nice.

Spent a few days here recovering from an illness while travelling, comfy nice accommodation, helpful staff and the steam room definitly helped with my sore throat.

At most a three star hotel. Got all the necessities u need to spend a night. Working air condition, minibar, basic all day cleaning. Beds are worn out but works if you are not to sensitiv.
A very small restaurant in base floor with 4 tables inside, where you can eat if you are in a hurry.
But overall good value for the price.
