worst experience of my life

food is horible..
We stayed for one night, bed and bathroom was okay. The minibar in the room was not working.
The hotel needs some maintenance but nevertheless it's quite good. It's located right across the street from Markovo Tepe mall, and 5 minutes walk from the city center. The view from most of the rooms is quite nice and the staff is very helpful and polite. I could do with a better quality breakfast, but given the fact that the hotel is quite inexpensive, it was adequate. Finally, the pillows are soft. Some people may prefer soft pillows, but I couldn't sleep well.
Place looks tired and run down
The hotel seemed nice, the room was large and well appointed. The restaurant food was lovely and the staff there were cheerful. Unfortunately the temperature in the room (and throughout the hotel) seemed to be stuck at 26 Celsius and the aircon would not do anything about it. The bathroom shower fitting was questionable and a lot of spray went everywhere. There was no apparent room service or indication of how to contact reception from the room.
Rooms are ok, would not recommend breakfast, as it was bland and tasteless. The coffee was made from powder, the juice just some colored water with traces of flavour. Reception desk staff was helpful and nice.
The only good thing is it's perfect location in the heart of Plovdiv.

The view from the window was lovely, take a higher floor with a view at the monument Alyosha. Convenient location, close to the old town. Not working Jacuzzi.
Very convenient location. Within a radius of two kilometers all the sights of Plovdiv, as well as railway and auto stations. This year, in front of the hotel opened a huge shopping center.
Drawback - Breakfast no! However, the hotel rooms are very decent, with good plumbing and furniture
