The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

It is a decent hotel (3stars) near the center of the city of Plovdiv. Clean but old. The people working here are very friendly and polite. Breakfast typical but many choices that can give you the energy to start your day. If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. You can walk to there, not recommended. I gave 4 stars because of same details that they have to take care in the rooms, like noisy fan at the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling ( just a little breeze to our food and water). Maybe our room was the exception.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

Fabulous experience. Room was exactly as shown and described, waow. Plenty of fresh bottled water each day, complimentary wine offered and great to have a mini fridge in the room

The rooms were clean and the prices were affordable. There was no parking problem. Turkish language support available

Nice hotel with relative small rooms but Very clean.Staff is very kind and helpful and the parking in front of the hotel is very convenient.The only negative is that there is no restaurant so you have to leave the hotel and search around.
