the bed was too small for me although there was 2 small beds in the room. Air condition was not effective. Sereny environment.

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, good shower. Fridge in room. Coffee and pastries for breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the old town. Supermarket a few doors down.

To be honest, the place doesn't seem to be worth the price. Rooms are nice, and the location is good, although even with the good insulation of the windows, you still hear some of the noise from the boulevard. Breakfast was very simple with only two options. There are good conference rooms. The staff was kind and friendly!

Very clean and nice place. It was easy to find. Free, outdoor, private parking provided.
The staff at the reception was always friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Worst breakfast experience I ever had.
Please don't opt for breakfast option in this hotel.
More than a day here is like hell.
Over priced for the facility they provide.

Great location, just a few minutes from town center.

Rooms and the beds are really tight but super clean. I didn’t like the idea of still having shower curtain and being expensive at the same time. Parking space is great. We made a late check-in and were told that the room is for 120BGN, and in the morning when we wanted to pay it was 128BGN 🤷‍♂️

Hotel very well located, near the pedestrian area which is about 10 minutes walk. Very clean, looks like it was recently refurbished. Private parking is available which is definitely an advantage if you have a car. After 7.30pm there is no English speaking staff at the hotel but the gentleman who does the night shift is brilliant. always smiling, very nice and willing to help you with everything even with language difficulties. Professional and makes you feel like you are at home. There is an elevator in the hotel. I paid 270 leva for two nights and two people.

The hotel is quite modern and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and pedestrianised centre. This makes it a very practical choice. The staff are helpful. Our room was a good size but faced onto the busy Ruski Boulevard so was always noisy. In the four nights we stayed the room was not serviced apart from emptying the bin once. At breakfast we mostly had no choice, it was whatever they fancied giving us, sometimes filled rolls, sometimes pastries.

The hotel is simply the best value for money and perfect one for stay in Plovdiv. Very close, at walking distance, from the city centre and old town. Hotel rooms are clean, big enough. The Expo hotel is offering free parking, just few steps away from the hotel patio. There is located and lobby bar.
