The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room. We had booked a standard room so that was a very pleasant surprise for us. Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. Nice hotel located in the northern part of the city, in the heart of Plovdiv's industrial district. Relatively new, clean rooms, friendly staff. The city center is a 30-minute walk away.

Tremendous service and very satisfied with my stay. Delicious breakfast too! I had a smaller issue with my room and went to the desk to address it. They immediately resolved the issue and upgraded my stay; which was really not something that I asked for. But it tells you how much they care about customer service. Thank you very much!

Stayed here in September. My room was not cleaned and rubbish from takeaway was left on the corridor.When I asked why my room was not cleaned I was told that they didn’t clean room until after 3 days. Shower door was ineffective and pool of water on the floor after shower. In any case they were happy to take payment

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect. Very friendly staff and nice rooms

Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available. The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins.

I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. You have to order it. The service was polite. The breakfast was luxury and finally it is really cheap. My favorite hotel I ever visited.

Outdated and missing furniture in the room, uncomfortable bed - feeling very well the bed spring. The staff is amazing. The location is close to the center, but on the corner of 2 busy streets. Just across one of them there is a Mall and supermarket. A big plus is the available opening windows. No air-conditioning is provided during October - it was cold during the night.

A very nice hotel to sleep, eat and relax for a business stay or to explore the great city of Plovdiv for a couple of days. Everything is great and comfortable in the room, clean bathroom, nice bed, tv and climate control. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast is excellent. Name it and it is available in the buffet for breakfast. And the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Got here by car, no problem at all. Huge double garage with parking enough for 6 cars. Great breakfast, eggs cooked to order, big selection of cheeses. I have a strong feeling the person serving us was also the owner of the small hotel. He was highly motivated, helpful and nice at all times, even when facing multiple day guests arriving simultaneously and demanding service at once. Lots of attention to detail was evident on multiple occasions and the gardening around the building made for a lovely ambience in the middle of the old town.

Good service in top location. I have always wanted to spend a night at the old town of Plovdiv. They serve great breakfast as promised, delicious tea and the hotel does have lovely garden to read a book or drink your coffee. It is calm and clean :)

Since we arrived early, we wanted to check into the hotel 5 hours beforehand, and they were very helpful and didn't charge any extra fees. Also, the room, the hotel, and the location were excellent.

I stay in Plovdiv very often and have always avoided this hotel. I had to choose it that night because of the location. At the entrance I was greeted by a pleasant and responsive man Vesko from the reception and he left me with a very good impression and attention to the customer. The room was renovated and very cozy. Parking is also free. This makes this hotel favourite!

Air-conditioning was not working, the room was very cold. Thanks to the lady from the reception, we got a solution for the night. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice location and free parking.

I was in a single room which is quite unusual nowadays. It was pretty small, and even though it was on the fifth floor had bars on the windows rather like being in a deluxe prison cell. (I imagine) The bathroom was a wet room. Everything was very clean and the single bed was large and comfortable. It is wonderful you can receive this kind of feeling in the city. The atmosphere is relaxing. The hotel is super clean. We visited it with our 1y old twin girls and we had a greta time. The Spa zone was interesting. The service was great. They enjoy treating their clients well. Definitely worth visiting.

I found this hotel just by chance and as a last minute booking . Smart booking system, clean, tidy, spacious rooms, great food and very helpful staff particularly Lilly who was an absolute star. I also got to speak with the manager who takes an interest in all his clients. I will without hesitation be back in the next few weeks.

Tip: walk through the underground shopping/station tunnel to get to the hotel in less than half the time Google thinks it will take.

Cleanliness in the smallest detail, everything is checked and rearranged. Brand new lovely hotel. Very clean, good toiletries. Good size rooms. Bar was welcoming and had a good selection of beers. Breakfast was good. Bring your own tea bags though. The Brewery restaurant next door was very nice. Would recommend. There’s not that much nearby so we need a taxi into town.

The hotel room and common areas where we stayed with our family on December 20, 2025 were very clean. The staff were also very helpful. They could just improve the breakfast variety a little. I recommend it.

I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

The location is perfect, in a walking distance to many of the must see sights of the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful! This is a good place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable and cozy room with nice 24 hours service. The wide underground parking place. There two restaurant at the first floor.

The rooms were clean and with nice furniture, just one of the bathrooms was smelling and doesn’t include breakfast. Other than that everything was good and there is parking and park for children in front.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there. In a couple hours got a fine ticket (looked like because I was a foreigner and no cars with BG plates had the ticket)

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! Absolute A , 10/10! I wish I would have got the staffs names because they were excellent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. The younger girl who works during the day is an angel and helped me with directions and information. Breakfast was amazing with meat and vegetarian options. Hotel not very well located The hotel is far from public transportation. It's clean and quiet. Breakfast is strange, as you have to choose from several options and can't mix and match. This limits what you can eat.
